Comfortable beds and room was a nice size and clean. Enjoy staying at the Best Western in New Hampshire. We would stay there again when going to see family.

Only minor complaint was the shower being like warm.

There was damage to the wall, it was coming apart at the seam and separated. The toilet seat was broken.
The breakfast was unexpectedly very good with a full variety to choose from, my daughter loved the waffle maker.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times now and until this stay everything was great. Unfortunately they used a cleaning/air freshener product that has a very strong cheap cologne odor. It was overwhelming when we entered our room and opening the window did little to help (it was also very cold out). We asked the person at the front desk if we could switch rooms and he said it would cost extra to do so. Thankfully Expedia helped with this issue and we were able to change to a room that did not have the strong smell. Other than this inconvenience, the hotel is conveniently located and seems to be well maintained.

The staff member was sleeping on the couch when I arrived … and my room key didn’t work

Clean place. Extremely welcoming staff. Room was clean with a lot of space. Only cons I would say is shower water pressure wasn’t great and the elevator smelled funny. But those are small things in my opinion. Pros out way the cons here.

This was a stopover on my way home from visiting family. The staff member at checkout was friendly, but I basically had to ask her to turn off the speaker on her cell phone. Nobody else needs to hear the conversation between her and her mother. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a step above the usual continental breakfast.

I'm older than most others these days. Old School. Had to work around to figure things out. Good place! Friendly Staff! Good Hot Breakfast! Seabrook is very special to me. Cheapest GAS in NH! This place is less than mile from Casino. Had Fun!

The room had a strong smell of cleaner that smelled like an overpowering men’s aftershave. It was a bit humid in the room as well.

My stay was very good. My only issue was that my first night, there were heavy metal doors close by on both ends of my hallway. From 1-2AM in the morning those doors slammed AT LEAST a dozen times. Very disturbing and not possible to sleep. Not sure if that goes on every night or regularly, but very difficult.

Check in was chaotic, the room was sub par. The tub didn’t plug properly for anyone to take a bath and the hot water took forever. Wouldn't stay here again.

I checked out as soon as I could book somewhere else. I was not comfortable with the room location I called you and you could not speak to anyone at Best western. Since I had to go to a wake I left my key at front desk and advised that I was not staying since I could not be moved or purchase an upgraded room

The room I stayed in was not in the best shape, the wallpaper was peeling away from the wall, the carpet was soaked under the a/c. other than that it was to be expected. The breakfast was good.

Overall a good place and staff were friendly and helpful. Main complaint was the walls and ceiling are not soundproof. I could hear people stomping around in the room above ours. Very good breakfast and really enjoyed all of the toppings for oatmeal and waffles.

We got to our room which was freezing cold, and many surfaces in the room were not clean. I had to go to front desk and ask for wipes to clean. Every inch of the desk chair in the room was covered in a greasy substance. The elevator had a weird hot smell to it and its inspection was expired…which freaked me out a little, so we used the stairs only after the first trip down in the elevator. The pool water was warm, but the room was unbelievably cold, which made it difficult to enjoy being in there. There were I towels. I stepped on a broken piece of glass in the pool room. One bed in our room was squeaky and saggy, like the frame was broken. The other bed had a huge metal piece of the frame hanging out that I smashed my leg on. TV could not be turned down lower than 10. The bathroom fan was so loud and couldn’t turn the light on without it being on. It wasn’t the best stay for us.
I will say, though, that the breakfast was wonderful. I especially appreciated that there were some items left out before breakfast opened.

We stay here often because it is well maintained. Employees are courteous. Breakfast has hot and cold foods. Good display of beverages. Hot water for tea doesn’t taste like coffee, which is great!!

Right off the bat, staff was less than pleasant during check in. The building layout is odd, but manageable. Staff during every interaction was rude, the exception being the housekeeper- she was pleasant in the morning.
The room had wallpaper falling down, weird smell, dirty room/bathroom/shower.
Poor management being part of best western.

Stayed here many times and usually good.
No water at all first morning and afternoon so I couldn’t bath. Second day the shower in my room didn’t work. The shower head was broken and just dripped water
