Our room smelled like urine. We were asked to not sit at any of the tables in the lobby to eat our dinner because the staff had just cleaned them. Condition of hotel was dirty, lacking general maintenance and customer service was not up to the standard of a regular Hilton.

I checked in late around 12 am because I was at the hospital with my mom. Around 9 am someone entered my room saying the room I was in was not supposed to be booked. Even though I had the room keys and had checked in properly. I had to go down to the front to recheck in due to an error they had made in the system. I just looked at my bank account and it looks like I was double charged for the room. I have a charge for the $50 deposit and a separate charge through hotels.com for $136.94 and a separate charge from Hilton gardens for $222.03.

I really like this property and would love to come again. The only issues was the room. The bathroom could have used more cleaning because the bath tub was not clean, it was a little dusty, and I was missing coffee cups, creamer. The staff was great and welcoming. Once alerted of a problem they took care of it right away.

We got a room on the back of the building but commercial trucks get to park on the back road adjacent to the building and they keep their reefers running full blast so the humming gets anoying after a little while so no much of a good rest and we got to the room hopping for a nice shower but the shampoo and other bottles were empty or almost empty. We like the personal because they were friendly. I paid a little more for the room especting better than other hotels nearby. Dusty room (site under remodeling/construction. Expedia recomendation is no to trust in this case.

I checked out of the hotel after the first night and after my wife's emergency surgery at Kaiser Medical Center. Later, I found out that I needed to stay an extra night. I spoke with the General Manager, Cynthia, about my problem. Unfortunately, the entire hotel was booked because of the local convention. Cynthia didn't want me to give up hope. She managed to negotiate a prospective guest to give up their room. Don't know what kind of magic she did, but that's what I call Customer Care!!! Thank you Cynthia!!!

Took over 25 min to check in because staff said they were restarting their computer...twice. Then checks me (and other patrons) on a different computer that didn't need restarting. Very unprofessional because they told other patrons only a few min of wait time even though we had been waiting for 15 min already after she restarted the computer (other patrons ended up waiting 15 min as well). Anyways, I am upset because this staff offered NO apology whatsoever and was joking and laughing with other staff in the area. TV didn't work, ice machine on our floor (1st floor) was broken, very thin walls and can hear the patrons above and next to us throughout the night. Won't be coming back hear even though it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Unprofessional staff killed it for me, unfortunately.

The hotel lobby is nice with a bar and restaurant available for cost. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking is free and abundant. I felt safe in the hotel (Fontana is not a safe area generally). Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable but there was some wear and tear (torn curtains, broken tiles in bathroom) that needed attention. The only complaint that I have is that the coffee in the lobby costs almost $4/cup. This should be free to guests or at least Hilton Honors Members.

We checked into our room and was getting settled in my 2 year old daughter was exploring the room and we caught her with a big vape in her mouth due to the hotel not cleaning well enough. I made a complaint and is till waiting for a call from their manager.
