The breakfast was ruined from disgusting people coughing all over everything. Need to keep sick people out of breakfast area. The pool was a wild free for all with uncontrolled kid’s running everywhere jumping pool to pool with big ridiculous rafts in a tiny pool. Eating and throwing wrappers on the ground. People claiming tables around pool with items all day long even when they weren’t there and before it was open.

Besides noticing that some of the cushions need replacing being all torn up on the ends the carpets need cleaning as well. Breakfast is atrocious and house cleaning is a joke. Supposed to get it every other day I received it once in 6 days even after mentioning it to them. Requested to away from the road and kids and i was placed far end but near the road so you had road noise and next room was FULL of kids and the people were pigs leaving their mess in the hallway which again I mentioned to the front desk. Although they did clean up the mess the noise was still there. I can't see how you can have that many people in one room.

Unfortunately this hotel is getting pretty beat up. A/C is extremely noisy, carpeting needs cleaning or replacing, both elevators “clunk” when going up and down, one pool is nice while the other is not.

Room was dirty and the pack and play we received had spit up from another baby in it. They were not able to give us another one and said there was nothing they could do until housekeeping was back the next day, so we wiped it down.
I asked twice the next day for housekeeping to come do a thorough clean of the pack n play and the sheets were never changed and it was not touched.
We went to bring our kids to the car in the parking lot and there was a pitbull without a collar and no owner in sight that ran up to my son.
The outside community area was nice and the breakfast had a nice variety, but I wouldn't stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Homewood Suites. The staff are friendly and professional the location is ideal,and the rates are reasonable. We will come back again.

Super clean wonderful place to stay, the only thing that could have made it better would have been a better bed. Other than that i couldn't recommend this place enough.

Really clean and nice, heated pool was really awesome. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent. Bed and pillows were really comfortable, big rooms, highly recommend

Our first room had mold on bath room ceiling and by dishwasher floor sank down some probably due to water damage. The build didn’t look outside could have used some landscaping done and paint and there was dog poop on ground out side and cats wondering around. The gas grill had broken pieces one didn’t even work and it was filthy around the grill area. disappointing vacation. I would not stay here again. I travel a lot and stay at Homewood last year at sarasota and it was beautiful.

Our stay was GREAT !! especially loved the breakfasts. before we checked in, we rec'd a phone call that our room wasn't available. The check in lady gave us different rooms at the same rate. Here's the bizarre thing.... we were there for a funeral. Our key said "It's time to let me go". I kept my "key" for the funeral. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was terrible. The toilet was running slow as if it was going to backup when we got there. The shower wall had hair on it. We called the front desk in the morning and told them. When we return that evening the toilet backup and the shower still had hair on the wall. They sent up a young man to fix the toilet who was rude and didn't come with everything he needed. I called the front desk and told them to cancel the remainder of reservation (3 more days). They initially refused because we booked through a third party. They ended up charging us for one night we didn't stay. It was a terrible experience.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and it didn't disappoint. The staff is always so friendly and helper. The rooms are clean and relaxing. And the atmosphere is always welcoming.

I do not like to post negative comments but for others that live with chronic health issues I hope this encourages the staff to make appropriate changes. I have stayed at this hotel countless times with no issues. I received a room that had not been cleaned to any standards. I took pictures where the toilet was dirty, food on remote uncleaned counters and layers of dust. When requesting a room change due to high allergies to the dust by the bed tables and in the air i was told no other rooms available management steven was unable to refund the stay unless they were able to rebook the room.(this was stating no gaurantee) After the assistance recieved at the front desk i did not feel confident that i would be receiving any refund or followup to my issue. I requested a room purifier to be left in the room after they had a gentlman come wipe the room in which i left for 4 hours for the dust to clear as I had already had ashtma side effects from the short entry into the room.With the serious need for sanitazion and cleanliness in todays world i was very disappointed in the treatment and handling of the situation. The consideration for others health was completely disregarded by the staff and managment. I received no follow up from other management as I was told they would be in on 9/25 and would be aware of the incident.

The staff was super friendly. It was a bit more divulged to find parking due to being completely booked but they can’t help it after a disaster. I loved that they were helping families displaced by the hurricane.

Overall, we were happy with the space, comfort, pool area, buffet breakfast and nice pricing of our accessible executive suite...although our sofabed was broken.
We especially enjoyed the make-your-own waffles with so many great toppings!
We were happy enough, but the hotel definitely needs some renovation and better service and management.

Asked for a quiet room. Our room was on the front of the building facing a major road. It was also directly across from the stairwell. Very noisy location.
