Excellent stay in Florence. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The property felt safe and welcoming, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would happily stay here again, and highly recommend to others.

Gianna is an amazing hostess. She reached out several days before to make sure we had what we needed, including checking for food allergies and preferences. She sent us off each morning with full stomachs and provided water each day. She is there if you need her but stays out of your way. Would definitely stay again if we return to Florence
