The staff were so lovely and helpful. The location is amazing, just off the busy streets for a light sleeper, but within a block or two of some amazing restaurants. Only about 400m walk to David as well.
The room may have been a little small for a travelling couple, not much you can do about that, but as a solo traveller, I had enough room.

The staff were so lovely, facilities were great, and the place was super clean. I love that at reception you can get snacks and earplugs! The hotel was just a short walk away from the centre, in such a great location. Our room was spacious and very clean, with lovely decor, and we were very thankful for the AC. Couldn’t thank Hotel Zanobi more for such a great stay, if you are wanting to stay anywhere in Florence, here is your place!

The staff were great and had time to answer questions and provide recommendations.
The stairs but that was something that couldn’t be fixed.
