The host was very helpful in being in attendance for when I arrived, and explaining about how the facility worked. Very nice and comfy bed, good shower, spotlessly clean, and situated close to the centre and transport stops. Bottled water was also available for free !

La posizione è assolutamente perfetta. Abbiamo esplorato l'intera città a piedi. La stanza è pulita e grande e lo staff è gentile e disponibile.
Non riesco a pensare a niente di negativo della nostra permanenza, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per stare benissimo. Se proprio dovessi dare un consiglio cercando il pelo nell'uovo mi sarebbe piaciuto un po' più di colore o qualche decorazione nella stanza per rendere l'ambiente più accogliente.

Host was friendly, check in was easy and room was a good size. WIFI was good. Location is good with a short 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 minute walk to central Florence.
The A/C did not work so we had to open the windows at night which helped a little, however it was often noisy outside. In the summer when its warmer outside, no A/C could be a problem. The room was clean but there is a mold problem in the bathroom and the bathroom was a small space.
