Sometimes, the reception didn’t response in time.

I liked everything about my stay here. The room was lovely and a very good standard and very clean and in a great location. I only had a small problem with the WiFi which I couldn't connect to and after contacting you through booking.com I was given another connection and password, and also clarified that I had already paid city tax and not to leave cash as asked by a note in the room, perhaps room staff chancing it as site was unmanned?
I didn't dislike anything at all, but the shower enclosure was a little smaller than I would have liked, but not too much of a problem and just because it's in a central city apartment building.

The staff was very nice. Helped me call a taxi and helped me carry my lugguage from the 3rd floor to the street level. However, the entrance was not marked. They should put their hotle name there.
Hotel name was nowhere to be found from the street. WIFI PW is not obvious. I had to ask another guest for that. The door key was not clearly marked for how to use it. Note would help.
