Wonderful hotel with joined family room for teenagers, worked so well. Perfect location for traveling and seeing the sights, with no need to catch taxis, or stress to find the hotel when you arrive late at night as we did.
Hotel has a touch pad with a code for east entry after hours.
Perfect location! Only downside was tiny shower, and I mean tiny! But it worked and it was not a deal breaker at all. We skipped breakfast at the hotel as too many places to eat close by, (next door).
5 min walk from train station. Get up early and 6-7am to see empty streets and perfect photos!
Book a gondola ride, set prices so no haggling needed. They offered to hold our bags, but it was not needed.
Use the public transport for 24-48 hours on a pass you can buy at the pick up point by the train station. They hop on and off all over Venice for your whole stay. 2 days was plenty to explore for the first time.

Good location within few blocks from the train station, we didn’t have to be dragging luggage to far like I saw so many people doing, there is a market very close also which it was very convenient

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful front desk staff who were very accommodating to let us drop our bags early. An excellent place to stay at the entry point of Venice to avoid commuting in, and still be close to the center of everything to see.

The room, staff and WiFi was all excellent. I love the location of this hotel and would come back. The only thing that wasn’t appealing is there are no elevators or ice machines. I didn’t get to try breakfast but I saw that there wasn’t much to offer
