A great stay. Friendly service and Gold member benefits. I don't think we were offered a room upgrade, though, and we forgot to ask. It was my birthday, during the stay. something we hadn't told the staff, but nevertheless I got some chocolate and a nice card to my room!

Just returned home after the most incredible stay. We were upgraded to a beautifully decorated suite which was on 2 floors, the comfiest bed, bottled water provided daily and a prosecco. We also went to the onsite beer spa, completely recommended on your stay try and do 2 hours as an hour goes so quickly so thankfully we booked 2 hours. Lovely variety at breakfast and if we returned to Prague we would no doubt be returning here!

I ordered a twin and got a single with extra bed, not much of a problem but i paid for a twin and didn't get one. Hotel was nice, good location and nice breakfast. Would book again but didn't like being overcharged for a single.

Great hotel, very welcoming at reception with a lovely welcome drink of proseco. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a bottle of proseco as we are gold members of hotels.com. Also all the rooms had a free bottle of water every day. Really close to all attractions and site seeing. Lovely bar in hotel.

The hotel was more than fine, great, tidy and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was a bit small and the staff in the breakfast rooms could smile a bit more as they looked rather depressed. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

The property itself is lovely and the Beer spa is a nice little extra, Dasha was the friendliest person in the place she worked at the beer Spa, however the majority of the staff were just downright rude/ignorant, we weren’t offered a welcome drink or maybe more to the point unwelcoming drink, breakfast staff all look Mardy , we were vip , no room upgrade given even though rooms were available we are now in Zürich and it is taking us by surprise people saying good morning after being in Prague 5 days

Great hotel, excellent value for money. Good breakfast choices and the bar/lounge is comfortable for sitting after a long day. Great location - quiet at night, but only minutes in any direction to shops, restaurants and tourist sites. Tram stop just around the corner, but most things are very walkable.

We booked a connecting room along with my brother and his wife. When we got to the hotel, the front desk directed us to the rooms where we have to climb a floor of stairs with our luggage after getting out of the elevator. this is almost an impossible task for my travel companion. Luckily, my husband got to the room first and discovered the connecting room actually have direct access to another elevator. We have no idea why the front desk did not direct us to the easy access room first. Another thing that was unusual is that one of the room is on two stories. Thus we have to go up a flight of stair to reach our bathroom then down again for our beds.elevator. Other than that, we had a pretty good stay in the hotel. Rooms were clean with lots of room and the breakfast served was very nice with lots of options. I would come back but I would make sure I get a room that’s all on one floor.

The hotel is lovely, decent sized room and bathroom and all very clean. Lovely bar area and also has the beer spa in the hotel. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, unfortunately this was the only let down to the hotel, the food wasn’t particularly great. All the staff were lovely and helpful. There is lots to do in the area, everything is walking distance. I would definitely recommend!

This hotel has a great location, clean and well run. My only comment is that it is not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. It is a solid 4 star hotel.
