Hotel looks nice on the outside but location isn’t very inviting. When checking in we were assigned a room that was already occupied…Awkward!! Our room was fairly clean but no amenities in the bathroom such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash bar. Breakfast was also not very fresh and not many options.

The hotel room was clean and esthetically appealing. I did have an issue with the entrance light switch which didn’t work at first. I told the front desk and was informed the light was motion sensitive. (Not true) Also, the hotel van driver was nice although he asked some personal questions he insisted I answer like where I was coming from and what I was there for. (Creepy) The van had no company name or insignia to indicate it belonged to Laquinta. (Creepy also)

I chose this hotel partly because they were listed as having a free airport shuttle. There was no airport shuttle. After calling the hotel about 15 times someone picked up and said they didn't know where their shuttle driver was. I had to pay $31 for a taxi.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated an early check-in and a late check-out.

My 2 night stay was great! Everything was clean, bed and pillows were comfy and hotel staff was friendly.

This La Quinta is a busy hotel with good amenities for its guests. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly. However, there are some areas of concern. Upon checking in, it was clear the hotel was a busy place. All the upholstered furniture in the lobby was modern and inviting until you noticed the stains. It's a high-traffic area, so it really should be cleaned regularly to avoid staining. The trash overflowed at 3 p.m. on a Friday as we got off the elevator for the third floor. When we checked out on Sunday morning, the same leftover Little Ceasars Pizza boxes were still on top of the trash cans. The rooms were mostly good, but we had stains all over the upholstered chair. Also, the linen in the bathrooms was very dingy. Due to allergies, we brought our own towels, so it wasn't the end of the world for us. The breakfast wasn't really edible. I literally ate a banana, which was great tasting and good for my waistline. But the biscuits weren't fully cooked, the eggs were watery, and the gravy was very salty. I'm picky, I know. But this hotel would be great with a little attention to detail and a bit more discipline in the cleaning of the hotel.

Water pressure was amazing. Elevator was a little slow and needed to be mopped. Room was good sized for the 4 of us.

Hotel itself is decent, no complaints. Area the hotel is in seems shady.

Love it! And I’m the type to be super picky about the hotels I stay in so when I say I love it I love it!!! Booked the same night due to weather and we were hungry and they allow DoorDash! Lifesaver and very decent prices. Breakfast could be better but everything else is a yes

Great location, very convenient with food places all around.

We always love choosing La Quinta. This was probably the worst one we’ve ever stayed at as far as cleanliness and condition. The room seemed outdated, The heater made the most horrible loud noise, The elevator hardly worked and the breakfast was terrible. But I do have to say the staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is not good

This hotel was super convenient for our weekend of softball at the Parks at Texas Star. Easy access to the highway and restaurants. Breakfast was well stocked and offered enough seating. The fitness room is in need of some care and needed towels and cleaning cloths. Other than that, the hotel was clean and well cared for. We would stay again.

The woman working the front desk was rude and very unprofessional. I woill never be staying at the laquinta inn Euless ever again. I am also asking fir a reimbursement for my stay

Front desk clerk was overly personable and courteous. Very efficient. Literally took 3 minutes to check in and get keys. Made small talk. Offered airport transfer, breakfast. She was great.

The staff was nice and the property was clean but the hotel room itself was not as nice as pictured online.

Clean and safe

So I’ve stayed with this brand before and have always been more than happy with them. This time for the most part was the same way. Check in was a breeze and the lady at the front desk was more than helpful with any and all questions we had. The room was over all really clean and comfortable, and quiet for how close to the freeway you are. The only issue I had with the room is that the cover to the AC unit had fallen off and if it wasn’t for my big suitcase my 7 month old grandson could have very easily put his hand in it. Other than that, the beds were great, the bathroom was just fine, and that leads us to breakfast. Breakfast is better then most continental breakfasts, and overall just more than adequate for our stay. I would be more than willing to stay there again as it was so close to everything we had planned.

The breakfast was ok. They don’t have a waffle maker which I think would be better than the flat pancakes.

Good hotel

Not interested in really going into details but, The front desk staff and shuttle driver at this La Quinta inn are extremely un happy people yeah take their frustrations out on guests. I hope for the sake of La Quinta inn and the owner of this hotel, this issue improves.
