Clean room and professional staff

The location was perfect for what we needed in our travels.

I will not stay in this hotel again. First of all, they didnt tell us that their airport shuttle doesnt run after 11pm, even when I called before we arrived because we learned our flight would be getting in late. Then, after finally getting to the hotel we could not enter because the doors were locked and no one is at the desk. Once we could get in, let in by another guest, not staff. The bed was so uncomfortable that I slept on the lounge in the room. Upon check out, we were unable to get a receipt for charges to the room. After we left I realized we forgot something in the room. We went back to the hotel but were not allowed to retrieve our items. I was told to call after 9am. When I called I was told to send them a prepaid shipping label and they would send it. I eventually got to speak with a manager. I was told not all the rooms have old, bad mattresses. He did ship the items to me and sent an email stating he was offering us some free nights to show they could do better on customer service. When I tried to take him up on the offer and give the hotel another chance, I got no response to any emails to the manager.

It was quiet .stores where close by.

Great location, minutes to anywhere! Room is clean, comfortable, and spacious! Only compaint would be some different pillows (went flat). Breakfast was ok. For a better nreakfast, try the Triple A Cafe just a few yards from the hotel!

Everything was beautiful and I loved parking out front with several places to eat. The desk clerk was helpful and friendly and I had no line to wait in.

My first time staying here & to start the free shuttle from the airport made this visit so stress free. Complimentary breakfast and if not there’s plenty of dining options within walking distance. I will definitely be returning to this location next visit.

A bit isolated from anything in particular but in the middle of it all. Hotel was clean, quiet and fairly priced.

The stay was Great! The only issue were Water Bugs in the Bathroom

Everything about the hotel was awesome. The only thing we were not comfortable about was the employee at the breakfast area. We were there Wednesday 11-22-23 to Saturday 11-25-23. Employee at the breakfast area was not very friendly made us feel very uncomfortable while eating breakfast. She completely ignored us when we said good morning to her.

The property was clean, there was a lot of stores in the area.. (food….) shuttle was broke down so I had to call and wait for a shuttle. I was placed in a room that was not designed for. I reach out to management no answer.. and they are not cheap

The room was a plus for my family and was nice for once not having to a small room.

This place was comfortable and quiet, I will return!

Great location. Requested housekeeping while I was there and it was not provided even after the desk attendant acknowledge the request.

Pros- Cleanliness and staff were excellent. Cons- this was the smallest double queen room where Ive ever stayed. Stayed for 2 nights. Nowhere convenient to keep bags for three adults. Decided to unload bags into dresser drawers to make room.No dresser! They did have 3 small metal slide baskets under the TV area. We stuffed our clothes in those baskets. Went to try to put our empty luggage in the closet but that space was small as well. AND the small closet and bathroom shared the same sliding door. No lock for the bathroom since it was the closet sliding door. AND the sliding door was so heavy and tight it took 2 people to slide it back and forth. Also, only space for them to place the coffee maker was in the bathroom. No thank you. Wont be staying here ever again.

Everything was great except no hot water in the morning to take shower, later of the day it was good.

Nice and clean property

This was a check in from hell! got there at 3:30 pm. Was told that our room wasn't ready. waited 30 minutes. Room was ready, but lady said the system wouldn't let her check us in. I told her we had to go to the game and she said go ahead, that when we got back, everything would be ready. We came back from the game and had to deal with someone else. he said I wasn't even in the system. After an hour, he found it and said he had no keys, so he went up with us and opened the door. Got back home to find out that I was charged twice. I hope I can work this out?

My stay was pleasant. No complaints.

So happy about the front desk working. So friendly and connected me right away with shuttle service when I needed it from the airport. Fred the driver is also great!!! But there was a time where a worker unlocked and open my door. Good thing I had my door stopper latched. It was weird.

The staff was excellent! My flight was delayed and I was worried I would miss the shuttle. The hotel assured me it would be fine. When I arrived the shuttle driver gave me a water and took me through a drive through to get me something to eat. Everything about my stay was stellar! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend!!

It was my second time that I stayed at this hotel, and I absolutely recommend 100%. The staff were wonderful in the hotel super clean.

Very nice hotel. The staff was professional and kind. The complimentary breakfast was nice (eggs, waffles, bacon, bagels, potatoes, coffee, tea, milk, fresh fruit and more). There places within walking distance to shop, and eat. Really convenient, affordable, and welcoming hotel.
