Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and up to date rooms, showers are huge and hot water last! Cery comfortable beds! Will stay again!

Hugo was a great guy. And a pleasant safe face after a terrible experience we had at a different hotel the night before.
Hugo should be promoted to hotel facility manager, he was very professional and kind us.

Very friendly and helpful front desk. The rooms were a little worn, shower faucets were loose and didn’t work property but enough to shower.
Shuttle was excellent and so was the driver.
We could leave our car while we flew out for vacation without a problem.

The property was clean and the staff was very courteous. The area around the hotel was quiet and allowed easy access to many of the popular attractions in the DFW area. Dining options and the bar was also a plus.

I recently stayed at this hotel for an interview I had close by. I was there for only one night, but this night/next morning was incredible!! I mean seriously, some of the friendliest staff and cleanest rooms ever. There was a little hiccup where I was given the wrong room at first, but once I went back down to the front desk and explained the situation, I was accommodated right away!! By the way that king mattress, so comfy - and the restaurant and free breakfast inside of the hotel was delicious. Absolutely a 10/10 I highly recommend staying here!!!

Awesome stay for a Cowboys game. Close enough to the stadium for a short drive and isolated enough for very light traffic getting there.

The hotel was just far enough away from the congestion of AT&T Stadium and still conveniently located to stay right after the game. Breakfast was excellent. Great options and very friendly staff and clean everywhere.

Overall our stay was good. However our blinds did not work and the front desk said they were going to send maintenance and they never came. The following day we asked for more towels and then again they never came. Customer service was not up to its standards.

It was convenient to my travel destination. The outer portion of the property could use some work. Water buildup around the garbage and electrical fenced in areas. Stone walkway is a tripping hazard, uneven surface.

They quit serving breakfast at 9 am Saturday.
At 8:40 there was only eggs left and their staff told guests they could not accommodate anything else.

My family and I needed a hotel room near DFW airport for one night. I do not enjoy staying in hotels and am very particular when choosing them. This hotel was definitely one of the best! The room was by far one of the cleanest that I have ever stayed in. And, the staff were extremely friendly. I definitely recommend this well-maintained property!

They were accommodating even when I was wrong

We were very uncomfortable in our room during our recent stay. Even after switching rooms, the air conditioning could not pull the humidity out of the air. The room was humid and every surface was damp to the touch. This included the sheets and the carpet. This made for a very uncomfortable stay. We were happy to leave after our 3 night stay.

Overall a nice hotel with clean room. However breakfast was poor to say the least. Really not worth $14!! And it was the same poor food for 7 consecutive mornings.

Twice staff came in to install the soap dispenser in the shower and they both walked on my bath mat and inside my shower with their shoes on. Even worse, i got stuck in an elevator for 15 min one night. The phone inside it did not connect to anyone and rang the entire time i was stuck. I'm very lucky i had grabbed my phone. Once i finally got off, no one from the front desk came to check on me, or even asked for my name or room number. I found out the next morning they never even told a manager or supervisor about the event.

The gentleman at check in was super nice, friendly and helpful. Sooo appreciated a bit of an early checkin! Rooms clean and the bed was comfy.

The person at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. It was a long shot, but we asked if we could checkin early and she was very understanding and helpful…verified our room was ready and clean.
