The toilet in our room would not flush - when we asked to be moved, he told us to hold the lever down - as if we didn't try that - I literally had to dump buckets of water in the tank to get it to flush - when he agreed to move us, I asked him to bring a cart to help move our stuff. He came up, showed us a room down the hall - did not help us move our stuff at all. He also did not even go in the new room to ensure it all worked. And that room had a bad smell.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn! The staff was professional and friendly, clean and safe property, and the breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay again!

the room smelled like mold. The carpet was dirty. The front deck folks were rude. The down stairs bathroom was filthy and out of toilet paper. the area where they served food was not sanitized. I did see a guy wiping tables, not sure if the cloth he was using was clean. All the handles to food was un-sanitized. really?

The hotel was very clean, comfortable with excellent amenities, but what made it exceptional was the staff. The desk, kitchen, housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was one of our best hotel stays ever!!!

I needed a place to stop over on an extended road trip. This hotel was conveniently located off the interstate and has numerous options for eating, shopping, gas, etc. The staff was very friendly and the room was cleaning. An added bonus for me was that the breakfast buffet was up and ready to go on Saturday morning at 6:30 so I could get on the road early.

I didn't like you have to take your old towels downstairs to front desk to get new one's. The cleaning person was next door to me and said she couldn't give us clean towels. And alot schools kids couldn't enjoy the hot tub till early morning at 6am the day i check out.

We had a great experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Madison East. The location is ideal, just off the Interstate and very close to shopping. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all of the essential amenities. The free breakfast was well beyond the norm in terms of quality and choice. It was also surprisingly quiet for being so close to major roads. We will happily stay here again!

The hotel is ok in general , nothing fancy or extraordinary… the reception staff was cold and with lack of enthusiasm… he didn’t explained the hotel features and breakfast time. No airport shuttle as advertised.

Just another hotel stay. Clean sheets, clean towels, clean overall. Went down to pool but the screaming children changed my mind about that. Wife went down next day and said they left everything a mess.

When we originally reserved the room, it was for 1 king and 1 double pull out. When we checked in, we got 1 king and 1 twin pull out. Also, front desk person didn't seem friendly at check in.

Room and common areas were very nice, but we had a handicap bathroom which was particularly austere. Toiletries were missing and the shower curtain was too short so water got on the floor. Breakfast was OK, not great.

The beds were nice. Went to take a shower and the shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast area was not stocked- many items not replenished when there was still an hour left of breakfast service. A bag of garbage sat out in dining area the whole time we were there.

The hotel is clean, has friendly staff, and has an upscale feeling without the high price. The only negative was the small pool. It only has a depth of about 4.5 feet. We were the only ones in the pool area so it was fine, but if there had been more people it would have felt crowded.
