The stay was good. We stayed for two nights. The housekeeping after our first night was poor. They didn’t empty trash cans, didn’t do any pickup of things. They made the bed and did take care of a maintenance issue that we had. The chair in the room had stains and I cleaned those off. The breakfast was very good.

We had a king bedroom suite to accommodate 3 people. The room was quite compact and smaller than I had expected; the hide a bed was definitely only for 1 person. The room was smaller than an Embassy Suites room that I have stayed experienced in the past. Small refrigerator and microwave present, but no safe for valuables. The bathroom was good with a stall shower and toilet away from the sink and shower. Breakfast was very good and better than most with hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, hard boiled eggs, fruit, condiments to add, juices, bread, muffins and bagels and coffee. Our 4 night stay over the holidays (some limited housekeeping services) was ultimately good, it would have been desirable to have a larger suite with more privacy between the king bed area and the sofa bed.

It is located in a very safe area but the lighting outside needs to be much brighter. It is very dark at night. It needs more handicapped parking spaces. Other wise it was a 4 star Hotel.

An semi-ok 2 day stay, room was clean, small suite, a bit cramped but ok to just a couple of people. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker - all nice & clean, perfect working order. Bed was a bit saggy, a/c unit was right at the foot of the bed, noisy, blowing for most of the night. Complimentary breakfast was good, hot, sausage & egg was tasty, fresh, and the staff - Sheri - kept the breakfast offerings fresh & available. She was very personable, professional & took good care of her guests needs. It needs some attention to detail in the bathrooms - some tiles by the baseboards are coming off, clean shower floor better especially in the corners. Also, need 1 more trash can, for the living room or bedroom⁴, there was just one, which was in the bathroom. We will be back to Chandler, AZ as our daughter lives here. We believe the Marriot standards & will retutn to stay at this property & see if any improvements have been implemented especially the bed.

Everything went well except we reported a leak under bathroom faucet and no one showed up. After 24hours went to front desk and told them again. They came and replaced a part but the next day there was water on the floor again.

Worst check in ever! The person at the desk was unable to operate her computers and could not figure out how to check me in. After 15 min of trying I was sent to the adjoining courtyard hotel to have them sign me in, which they accomplished quickly. While the person at the Fairfield desk couldn’t seem to master signing me in they did not have any trouble continuing their text conversation on their phone through the whole event.

The reason I gave it a lower rating is because the hot tub jets were not working. We were there two years ago and they were on full force. We mentioned it the first night we were there, and nothing was done. We recommended the hotel to our kids and they are coming this weekend so, hopefully is getting fixed.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Their breakfast was great! The only item it that the bathroom needed some painting repairs but it was very clean.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were so comfortable. We stayed here for a funeral. Family wanted to come visit with us later that day and there was plenty of room in the dinning and lounge area for them to come visit for an hour. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were excellent. The breakfast had something for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows are excellent. My only complaint is when i reserved the room, it was in large part to lovely pool showed on the pictures. We drove in from San Antonio and my granddaughter who was traveling with us literally bought 3 bathing suits for the pool. When we checked in, we didn't notice the sign saying the pool was closed. Huge disappointment!
