The staff were great. The room wasn't. Supposedly the bathroom was handicap accessible. Not really. It had security bars but a person in a wheelchair would not have been able to maneuver in it. It had a tub which would have been impossible for a wheelchair user. The room was smaller than the regular room I had before so q wheelchair wouldn't even have fitted on the room.
The key card from previous hotel user was still on the table. No towels though staff brought them. The trash hadn't been emptied. I wasn't sure if the bed was clean so slept on top with my own bedding. The AC unit was weird. It would blow hot and cold.
