Room was spacious, clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Over all i would say good. But would be nice if staff would take into consideration placing families with kids away from adult only rooms. Kids were screaming and running in the halls. Also, sounded like they were playing with the ice machine and at one point sounded like they threw something hard against my door twice in a row. So more upset with the parents if these kids not parenting properly.

Not all amenities are available. Specifically booked this hotel because of the basketball hoop. No mention of it being closed during the winter months. My kids had been playing for 10 minutes when an employee came out and said they couldn’t be on it for safety reasons. They close it because the salt that they use to melt the ice could cause a safety concern. There was no snow or ice, and hadn’t been for months. She told us they could play for 10 more minutes and wouldn’t offer any type of compensation. Fast forward to our family trying to use the pool. A group of 10 kids, maybe ranging in age from 3-10 were using the pool/hot tub without any adult supervision. They were yelling/screaming and running around. We ended up leaving because it was chaos. Our room was nice and big for our family of 7; 2 adults 5 kids. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Breakfast was like any other complimentary hotel breakfast so expectations weren’t very high to begin with but the food was enough to fill the younger three’s tummies for a couple hours.

Huge rooms! Love the comfortable beds! We enjoyed having a suite so when some of us get up early, we can start the day in a separate room and make coffee and breakfast without waking those still sleeping. Staff was excellent. The kitchenette was helpful to store and warm up our leftovers as well! Free parking was a plus as well. Close to the city! Highly recommend!

I’m always nervous staying at hotels out of town because you just never know the conditions your walking into. So when we walked into the lobby we were greeted with smiles and a big hello from the staff. They were very welcoming and accommodating. We checked in late so the staff gave us food options in the area. That was helpful. We walk into our room
AND IT WAS CLEAN!!!! Honestly the pictures on their website really do the room no justice!! The rooms are so much better in person. Our room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. There was 7 of us and 5 being children. Our room was big enough for everyone to have their own space. 3 big tvs and 2 bathrooms. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend, especially if you are looking for a clean home like stay! Loved it!!

The facility and staff did a poor job with communication. They gave us pool hours but failed to mention that the pool wasn’t working as they saw us walking to it in our swim suits which was embarrassing. Then later in the evening, we wanted to watch some tv, but those weren’t working either and haven’t been for over a week. Poor communication and rude staff. We checked out and refused to stay.

The ladies responsible for breakfast were outstanding: attentive and very willing to warm up my oatmeal.
The only issue I had with cleanliness was the glasses in our suite. They didn't look clean at all. I ran them through the dishwasher just to make myself happy. No change. I still didn't want to use them. I could have scrubbed them myself, but didn't really need to use them with paper products around. So I shouldn't be complaining!
We love this hotel. Have stayed here at least a half dozen times. Will stay again, I'm sure.

Had a problem with the first room and the staff quickly moved us. It’s conveniently located near highways and no noticeable roads noise. Everything was clean and available.

I absolutely loved my stay, it was clean and homey. I enjoyed the 24hr fitness room, I did not have to skip a day. Staff was kind, friendly and made feel very welcomed. Thank you for the great experience and I can not wait ti come back soon.

Property was clean and the room was nice. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Only complaint is that the bed was very hard and the pillows were flatter than Kansas. I like a firmer mattress but this was a step above a sheet of plywood.

The room, pool, breakfast and staff were all great! The exterior of the building was completely covered in spiders the size of half dollars hundreds of them, which really creeped us out unfortunately…

This property offered a nice breakfast, coffee and tea all day and a nice patio you can use for grilling. The basketball court was a nice touch. The pool area was a little dirty, and needed some upkeep. The fitness area was large and clean. Laundry on site is a huge perk for this and it was convenient and clean.
