Average budget hotel; very clean and large room. However, the person checking us in couldn’t smile, as much as we tried to engage her, and the mattress had a plastic mattress cover, so the topper slid around. Very sticky and uncomfortable.

Everything was clean. I wasn't expecting much based on that price, and expectations were definitely exceeded, especially for the price.The thinness of the walls is pretty much my only complaint.

Clean, right off highway. Very nice man in charge, let me check in early, it was very hot and I was riding a motorcycle. Rooms are remodeled with nice furniture .

The two good things about this hotel is that it is very clean and it is in a convenient place. That is it. When we checked in, the door of the fridge was broken. We asked to move to another room and were told the it was full. That turned out not to be true. The manager checked the door and said it was fine, even though the seal of the door was loose. I had to use a bag to keep the door closed. We later discovered that the manager had turned the fridge up so what we had in there was not cold. In addition, this motel advertises itself as pet friendly. We were traveling with two dogs. Although there was a green space in front of the office, the manager told us both loudly that dogs were not allowed on the green space. Later we left to visit Fort Stockton and were stopped by the manager. He told us that we could not leave the dogs in the room because, according to him, someone called and complained about the dogs barking. There was no one else at the motel at this time. We explained to him that it was 106 degrees that day so we could not leave the dogs in the car and it was unreasonable to expect us to not leave the motel. He finally took our phone number and said he would call if anyone complained. We enjoyed visiting Fort Stockton and plan to visit again, but will not stay at this motel. If you have pets, do not stay here.

We like the older style of motel where we can drive up to door because when we travel, we usually have a lot of stuff in the back of our pickup. Easy to unload and reload.

This is one of the cheapest hotels I've ever stayed in but the quality is definitely a $100 plus hotel room as far as what you normally get for $100. It is a older hotel but has been updated and taken care of.

I got in late the night I stayed. The manager was very accommodating and kind. The room was like these quaint places were years ago. I am so glad to see a few good ones still operating. This is a no-frills hotel, but having a great shower and a good night's rest is top of my list. I would stay here again.

Fine stay - cheap, clean, no bugs. Nothing to complain about. Got in late, no issues with check in; passing through after hiking in Guadelupe Mtns NP and headed to San Antonio.

This motel was actually quite a nice surprise for the fee. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was quite clean, things were orderly, and in good repair. I offer only two suggestions: 1. Update your registration process. The very dated forms they use feel 30 years old. 2. PLEASE give the carpet an extra level cleaning, especially in front of the fridge. Spill have made it icky, especially in bare feet. Otherwise, I wish the owners much success!
