Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spring Hill/Weeki Wachee

The rooms were clean, quite, and beds were great. It was the perfect location for our day at Weeki Wachee with the grandbabies. The free breakfast helped fill them up and was delious for all.

Bed and bedding are top notch. Ample parking. Friendly staff that go above and beyond. Clean and comfortable. Pool towels and afternoon chocolate chip cookies a pleasant surprise.

I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff at this hotel. They were extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful during a very stressful time for our family. My elderly mother needed a room while she was at the hospital with a family member who was in the ICU, and the staff went above and beyond to help us get everything arranged. They patiently worked with us to reserve the room and made the process of completing the credit card authorization over the phone simple and easy. Knowing that my mother had a comfortable place to stay nearby gave us one less thing to worry about during an already difficult situation. We truly appreciate the compassion, professionalism, and excellent customer service shown by the front desk staff. It meant more to our family than they probably realize. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on the wonderful way we were treated.
