The stay was good overall...Mike and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and service were excellent.
Room was a little tight for 4 adults and the 2 cots for our adult children were uncomfortable
Otherwise excellent...thank you for the hospitality

I liked everything & will book again. The only disappointment is that Expedia took full payment in advance when I had selected pay on the day which resulted in the Hiotel taking a further £105 on the day. I emailed Expedia pointing out that their invoice indicated I would be overcharged but has failed to reply. I want £105 refunded to me immediately or I will not use Expedia again.
