What a great find for this above normal temperatures weekend. We had a kitchenette though we didnt use. It was very clean. Short walk to downtown Ogunquit and the beach.

When ever my girlfriend and I want to get out of town...We enjoy staying at the Ogunquit Tides Resort.... We love how close it is to town..Less than a mile walk. The rooms are super clean and haven't had one bit of trouble with noise.

it was very clean,,i just wished they did a daily refresh of the room ,we asked the first day and was done but not after the first day . i like my bed made evervyday and bathroom tiddyed.the free breakfast was good,beds were comforable room was clean

The staff were very helpful, the room and beds were comfortable, the bathroom and shower were very clean. The breakfast had lots of options.

The room was perfectly clean and had a new shower. The spa advertised on Expedia was closed but the pool was open. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast included bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and hot beverages in a bright and comfortable space.

This place is a top pick for "non beach front" Its always clean, the rooms are large and love the kitchenettes. Beds are nice, though the pillows and blankets fall slack a bit, just bring your own favorite blanket and pillow. Smart tvs are nice, you dont get stuck watching cable in your downtime. Staff is super friendly. In the warmer months you can walk across the Ogunquit river at low tide to get to the ocean. On the grounds there is plenty of outside room to stretch out and relax. Continental breakfast is a plus, if you would prefer something else there are several places in the area to grab something to eat. They have bike and kayak rentals. Stay a few nights and enjoy beautiful Maine Seacoast.

We enjoyed our room. It was very quiet. Would have liked the hot tub but we made it through with pool.

This was going to be my last fun in the sun days. I did not like my room; I had to climb stairs (5) to get in. My profile says that I cannot do stairs. I fell getting in to my room on the last day. Also, the room had a strange odor. I tried opening both doors to vent but that did not work

Terrible all around. Easiest to describe - no TV remote and told that they could not get one for the room until after we depart.

Love staying at the Tides. Location is perfect. The rooms and grounds are always clean and beautiful. Love the river/ocean view, kayaks, pools and breakfast! It’s all good!

The signature cabin was great for a short family getaway. We had privacy, a nice view of the nearby river but was a close walk to main office. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. Staff was helpful on all occasions.

We had a great stay at Ogunquit Tides. The room was very clean. I wish there were recycle bins to dispose of our cans and plastic bottle.

Check in was so very horrible. I booked on hotels.com yet the front desk person kept telling me it never went through. She was entirely inept and a problem since the moment I walked in. The hotel owner/manager had to come and take care of things. But she was persistent that there was no pay,ent. My account on hotels.com kept confirming I was all set but she became hostile and wanted me to pay again. The front desk was a nightmare not only for me but for others behind and before me. I’ve never experienced such ignorance and attitude in any other hotel.

Ogunquit Resort is better than I expected. I see many works that been done here. My family and enjoy ours stay. The only thing that I could think of during our stay is the breakfast... it was a 4/10.

We had a two bedroom suite and it was great ! The only thing is that the room had a mild smell of dampness and the couch in the room was uncomfortable and stained.

Family friendly place that is convenient to beach and dining. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the price for the area. We stayed in a two bedroom room and it was perfect for our family. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was located close to eateries. We had a fantastic time The place needs an upgrade but it didn’t affect how nice and beautiful the area is. They were working on upgrading a few rooms. I would definitely rebook again

Low tide you can walk across the water to beach. Beaches very close. Nice pool and indoor pool. Great hot and good pressure shower. They are doing upgrades to some units. We stayed in a two bedroom with kitchen and it was great.

We stayed in a cabin without a covered porch. The privacy of the cabin was very nice for the most part, the extra room with 2 bedrooms was awesome, we had a lovely view of the dunes and the ocean and the location was wonderful in which we could walk into town or cross the lagoon at low tide to get to the ocean. The outdoor pool was very nice and the option of the indoor pool was also great if it was too cold out. On the downside the beds were not very comfortable and the cabin was quite dated considering the price we paid to stay. On the day of our checkout the housekeeping person literally waited outside our cabin with their golf cart staring at us, waiting for us to leave for 2 hours, which was uncomfortable and unappreciated. Checkout was at 11 and we left on time but we did not appreciate someone breathing down our necks as we tried to enjoy the last few hours of our stay. I also think that the price of the place was over the top and if the resort wants to make people feel like they have more value for their stay they could include kayak and bike use as something that is offered guests for free rather then charging for those amenities. With all that said, I would stay again if I was looking for a family friendly location but I would not choose this hotel if I was looking for something with more luxury.

Headboard fell off the wall when no one was on the bed. Called front desk and someone came in 5mins to fix it. Shower head sprayed all over the place but other than that our stay was good.
