The perfect hotel to visit Miami Beach in comfort and right in the middle of everything! Comfortable, large rooms with kitchenette, beach cart & amenities. Walk to the beach, right across the street, and a beautiful walkway with play area for kids... restaurants galore to the left and right of hotel. Convenient parking arrangement about a block away with Valet and Bell service. An excellent restaurant in the lobby with a Cuban theme and live Latin music. An added plus ... daily activities planned, i.e. Happy Hour, ice cream socials, paint N Sip, etc. You will really feel the Miami Vibe here. Highly recommend.

Had Room 308 at the rear. Not fancy but a decent size, it looks west, is quiet, is not overlooked, has a nice little balcony and gives good afternoon / evening light. The little kitchenette is very useful. The quiet roof terrace is another boon. The hotel’s position on Ocean Drive & 14th St is away from the worst of the noise and craziness further down, and 5 mins walk from the restaurants and bustle of Espanola Way. Lincoln Rd shops are another 5-10 mins walk. Staff are particularly friendly and helpful. Overall, I’d say the hotel is fully priced, but if you want to know you’ll be looked after properly, it’s worth the extra.

The hotel staff are very nice. The hotel itself does not have any amenities. My husband is in a wheelchair and I specifically asked for an accessible room. We were put in a studio with a tiny bathroom. No handrails. This was a timeshare trade so I am a bit disappointed that the request for an accessible room was overlooked.

This is a time share property , so even though I paid for it like a hotel, they were still trying to push buying into their program. (They don’t call it time share -they call it something else where you earn points.). It was a really nice property and I would stay there again if I ever went back, but the push for the program-even though they were super nice-was really annoying. The best part of this property was the fact that since Covid, the huge road in front of the hotel was closed to traffic. It was still part of the main drag, but there weren’t cars in front of it.

First impression was a lovely hotel. Nice staff clean. But they started remodeling the entire hotel I’m assuming (by the look of disarray) the morning that we left. So we were woken up at 6am by construction and then housekeeping tried coming in at 8:30 when checkout is 11am. You couldn’t walk through the hallways because of the the totes that they were using to take stuff out of the rooms. I understand you have to remodel hotels, but do not book guests the night before it starts. It was very unprofessional.

The staff is awesome. This property thinks of everything for their guest. From beach chairs, sun umbrella, bicycles and even regular umbrellas if it rains. I will definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Our stay was really nice. We came up for a a baseball game and stayed the night. Our family of five fit comfortably in a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. TV had Netflix option ( must have own account). Room had a packed beach cart with towels and chairs. Beach is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Parking is valet, but located off site, 3 minute walk. No issues with parking and getting our car. The lobby staff is friendly (thank you Caesar, Anias, and Kyle). Free coffee in the morning, cocktail hour, and ice cream ( variable hours). There is no pool, but it is definitely not a deal breaker, with beach so close. Loved our stay, and it has our family’s stamp of approval!

My wife and I had a beautiful stay. Right on ocean drive, beach right across the street. Our room had a full nice kitchen and with beach chairs and shade umbrella. The beach chairs were equipped with coolers attached to the beach chairs. Staff was very helpful, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Great location. Right off the beach. 2 min walk from Walgreens. Clean. Great view from terrace. Very friendly staff. Only hiccup was that our room wasn't ready for check in time. Overall, i would recommend!

Great property in a great location with excellent facilities. Parking was a bit of a muck around and we discovered after leaving damage to the car which was disappointing. Other than that, we could not recommend the hotel more!

It was so nice that they provided beach chairs and an umbrella for the day that we booked. Coming from out of town, we did not have these with us and it made all the difference in being able to enjoy the day on the beach. Thanks so much!

Two words - bed bugs. Room in disrepair, stains on rug and furniture. Bad smell in the room. Fridge had to be turned off due to it sounding like a lawnmower. Buyers beware.

Super Posh Hotel right on ocean drive. Nice amenities with beach cart that contained towels, umbrellas etc… to walk to the beach with. Service was super friendly. Our room was just ok. We were in room 308 and not a drop of warm water came out of the shower. Requested late check out but was denied so we had to go to a friends hotel to finally get a hot shower. Would’ve rated 5 stars if shower worked. Didn’t realize how important a hot shower truly is until you don’t have it. Stay out of room 308 if you stay.

This was an amazing place to stay. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They had fun happy hours daily, and even a rum tasting night. We were taken care of from the free morning Starbucks coffee, to the beach cart in our room complete with everything you’d need for a day on the sand, to the free bikes to get around too. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Booked this property for the location and the Marriot reputation. Steps from the shower. Hotel is older, as it was previously another hotel, but the service was excellent. Shower was not fully cleaned. Check-in with Jonathan G was efficient and he was super friendly as were all other front desk staff. Bike rentals available and many dining options. We liked the microwave / fridge / kitchenette.

Location was excellent - Minutes from the Ocean, On the main strip, pedestrian friendly & the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Room was clean/comfortable and the hotel had roof-top entertainment on Tues / Thurs. Would stay here again when visiting South Beach.

We stayed for one night after getting off a cruise. They let us check in as soon as we arrived that morning, which was fantastic! The staff was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable and even had a beach cart loaded with chairs, towels and beach umbrella to take to the beach across the street. The area is fun and easy to walk to a ton of restaurants and little shops. We wished we could have stayed longer!
