If you are visiting Amsterdam, I highly recommend staying at the Notting Hill. The team is very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel has a chic, rustic, classic quality to it. It is a quiet area right on a beautiful and vibrant canal within a 10 to 15 minute walk from all of the main attractions you would visit Amsterdam for including cheese shop, chocolate shop, cafe, and bicycle shop around the corner, Not to mention, the Rijk museum is a 15 minute walk away as well as Vondel Park. What an amazing time. I will stay here again the next time I visit.

A gorgeous view of the canal, delightful staff to greet and provide for us, hearty and delicious breakfast choices, and the perfect location, all conspired to create the most wonderful stay in Amsterdam. Notting Hill is small enough to feel nurturing, and big enough to have everything we needed. We treasure our memories there and wish fervently to return!

Rooms were well-appointed and well-maintained. On the negative side, we like to gather in the evenings when we travel to play cards or games. The property did not have a place for that.
