It was okay for one night. No elevator so if you stay on the 2nd floor, you have to drag your luggage up steps.
Not tip top in repairs, clean though.
Office is not easy to spot.
No problems but I was alone and concerned for security as there was a busy bar next door at night.

Well I found the kiosk check in to be very different. Not sure if I really liked it. As for the room, it's your basic budget room. My only complaint is the water chips in my room were not wrapped in plastic and appeared to be used. E all know that since covid housekeepers don't visit your room daily unless otherwise asked, but the morning of our first night someone came into my room, picked a couple things of the floor and placed on the bed, but did nothing else. No clean towels, didn't take trash, and didn't make beds. Why were they in my room then? Just curious???

I booked this hotel last minute on Feb 19, 2024 and check out the next day, because it said it was just a few miles from where I was (Ridgefield, WA) When I finally left work and looked up the directions, Instead of being five miles away it was a 55 minute drive and then in the morning to return to the job site would be way longer with traffic. I didn't even end up staying here!! I called both OYO and Hotels.com and they refused to change my reservation to another hotel within the same chain that was ACTUALLY closer and then they also refused to refund me. I will never stay with this chain!!!

The experience at the hotel left a dirty feeling, with a pervasive sense of being low-rent, perhaps reflective of the $45 nightly rate. Despite a five-night stay, the only redeeming aspect was the friendly and helpful staff, albeit marred by being checked into a room under construction.
Post-checkout, the incessant calls requesting a review were intrusive and annoying. The pressure to leave a glowing, five-star review, coupled with the insistence on being on the phone during the process, felt like coercion. Spending 39 minutes tethered to a call, just to fulfill their demand, is unacceptable.
To OYO Corporate: This review is a result of your relentless pursuit for feedback. Calling repeatedly and then dictating the terms of the review is manipulative. Genuine reviews should come organically, not under duress. Respect your guests' autonomy and let reviews happen naturally.

Unsafe, dingy, dirty, constant police in parking lot, prostitution, noise, domestic violence, animal abuse. The worst motel I have ever stayed in.

Locate restaurant yummy.
Touch up paint in bathroom needed. Extra pillows needed. Tv bigger and more channels.

Room was not cleaned prior to us checking in, with garbage in the mini fridge. No attendant was on hand to check us in, instead leaving us to a kiosk that had a Zoom chat open. We were also told the facility did not allow cats, which doesn't align with the information on Expedia's website when booking.

Exterior of motel is deteriorated; interior is acceptable. Was given a room with a malfunctioning heater; transferred to a different room, with a functioning heater. Property uses a remote check-in agent at the front desk using a foreign attendant. Extremely awkward -- if you love foreign customer service, you'll love this.

Very quiet and comfortable

I want to start by saying the front desk agent was absolutely lovely. This review has nothing to do with her, but this motel should be condemned. The entire first floor is rented out to people of the community apparently. People were smoking wherever they wanted. The people in the room next to us had their dog tied up to the outside balcony walkway. The headboard was not attached to the wall. The towel holder was broken and there was particleboard covering all of our towels. The transition from the hardwood floor to the tile was literally masking tape. The tub was filthy and had something dried to the side of it. The shower head was broken. The bed was the most uncomfortable and unclean thing I have ever slept on. We couldn’t shower, we couldn’t sleep, everything smelled like smoke. This is a horribly run apartment complex, not a motel. It was horrible.

The hotel is clean but the smoke smell is really bad cigarette butts everywhere the lady that lives there with her two or 3 kids are always up and super loud Someone else lives there with a dog an they are also very loud it’s just getto al around

It is close to all the restaurants so that was nice, however the shower had mold, we did not have enough towels for all family members and we did not have comforters on the bed, just two sheets. So we slept with clothes on in lieu of sleeping cold. The virtual agent for check-in was interesting and smooth - no complaints there. Walls are very thin, we could hear the neighbor’s snoring and a baby crying. The restaurant/bar that is in the same parking lot has later than usual hours. The hotel serves its purpose.

It was a good stay. My husband and i got the half kitchen in our room. If you plan to use the kitchen heads up it has no cooking tools. We did have to buy pans, cooking utility, dish soap, silverware, and plates. The room only had a few towels. So we got a few wahing clothes too. It is a tad chilly in the hotel so bring extra blakets. We aslo had to drive over big dirt wholes to get the hotel. It is cloes to a shopping center. We also had troubles with our room key. Had to get it replacement to get into the room. The staff was kind and friendly. They helped us right away. I appreciated them.

kiosk check in was a pain, even staff was having trouble, not confident in that method

Cob webs on the door entrance and behind the door. Musty smell. Shower hard to get a comfortable temp. And constant drip With minimal pressure. Bed was very firm Ii did have a new fridge with a seperate freezer. Tv was fine but no guide have to just scroll. No automatic house keeping they call mid morning and ask if you need anything. I could go on.

Bathroom still had garbage in it, beds were super uncomfortable, the bar next door was insanely loud til 3 am, the tv didn’t work for the firar 24 hours, but it’s a cheap place couldn’t expect less
3.0
Pros- Decent price, nice and somewhat clean room.
Cons- We had a transient/homeless person banging on our door at 12am knocking a certain way to pretend to be staff possibly to get us to open our door which we did not. After the fact the person left we felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep. The bed is super uncomfortable. was then kept up again by people revving their motorcycles at 3-4am and talking very loud.
Overall it’s a decent place if you’re a heavy sleeper and don’t get woken up at all hours of the night, but will definitely not be staying here ever again due to feeling unsafe, disrespectful people causing excessive noise and uncomfortably

I booked this property because it was convenient to the location and cheap. First things first, you check in with a machine. its a live person helping you through the process. I received my room key and went upstairs. Standard room. Looked and smelled clean. TV does not work. Static and unwatchable. Beds are uncomfortable. Can feel the spring. Everything was fine. Checked in and left my things. Came back and there was a puddle next to the fridge. Immediately notified them. They sent who I assumed to be the manager to my room. She said they had turned off the freezer to defrost. She cleaned it up with a towel. I told her about the TV and she said they're working with a new provider. Tried to go to sleep but it was very noisy. If your looking for a clean bed this is your hotel. Its bare minimum needs. Parking is free too.

No staff available just a kiosk to check you in. Paint can be touched up. Wall trimming shows signs of mold and cracking. Neighborhood with trailer park nearby seems unsafe. A fight broke out at a restaurant's parking lot.

It is good hotel to stay at if you need just quick place for the night with a good price. The room was clean and nice. The only thing is the bar gets really load if you stay on the weekend so if you’re not planning to stay up late it is a little annoying.
3.0
The tv didn’t work, we asked for someone to fix it and no one came up to try.

Late arrival uses kios with no live person on the property. Room had no coffee maker or hair dryer. Floors were dirty and they require room deposit and to make sure you get your deposit credited back need room inspected at check out. Older motel with some updating like wslk in shower.

It made for a good one night in the middle of a road trip. Property was clean and staff was nice. You could tell the property was definitely due for some fixes and the room was "well worn".

The bedroom was clean and comfortable so that was very good and the air conditioning on a very hot day was wonderful. I liked the cleanliness of the wood floor in the bedroom. No blanket on the bed, just sheets, but since it was a hot summer day that was okay. The tile floor in the bathroom looked like it needed a good scrubbing with bleach however. Unemptied garbage can and discarded bathtun outside our door looked tacky.

Room was dirty. Looked like all housekeeping did was change the beds. The lounge patio from bar backs out on the parking lot, which is loud and brought 3 cop cars out innthe middle of the night. Also google maps takes you around the back of the building but there is no back enterance. Ignore directions and pull in from highway.

Internet was really poor.

Nothing!

Friendly staff,
Google maps sent me around the block to the back ending in a dead end st. I should have stayed on the main road since the sign was already visible. The room was clean and beds were fine but the pillows were very fat and hard as rocks. Otherwise, lots of hot water nice towels the AC worked fine. My room next to the office still very quiet.

Easy check in and friendly staff, and plenty of restaurants nearby that are easily walkable from the hotel

It sucked over all

Staff was rude. Manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Rooms were filthy. All in all a horrible experience. Find anywhere else to stay. This place is disgusting and loud

There was no shower curtain

Basic clean comfortable room. A/C worked well, good hot water in bath, bed was firm (good). A great room for a single guy with his dog down for a test on Sauvie Island.

Pictures look much better than the real thing. Next to a sketchy bar thats open til 2am. Its a dirty old motel with some recent paint. The microwave turned on when the lights turned on. Bathroom lights didnt work. People living in their cars, dogs left outside all night. We were only there to sleep for a few before fishing so not the end of the world. Glad i carry all the time and definitely wont be back.

Mild and dirty. Front desk person complained about his former landlord while checking me in

This place is old and run down. When I entered the office to check in, there was an overwhelming scent of body odor. It was bad. The room had the faint smell urine.
It was clean, and serviceable.
There was quite a bit of parking lot noise as it’s next to a restaurant/bar.
We were there two nights and nothing was done to make up the room while we were out all day Saturday.
But when we checked out we were charged $30 bux because my wife left some
makeup on the bath towel and wash rags.
Kind of ridiculous.
Stay down the street at the Best Western. Its 10 times nicer and only 25 bux more a night. And I doubt they’ll charge you because they don’t know how to bleach towels.

No hot water for the duration of the 2-day stay. Water temperature was slightly above room temperature in the shower and at the hand wash sink. Customer service was good. Still going to stay there in the future because of cost savings
2.0
It should be advertised as a motel/residential facility. Staff was nice but the facility is in dire need of upgrades. TV cable was not functioning, lights were missing, light switches did not function, and extremely sparsely furnished. Our room didn’t even have a chair.

I got there to check in and they said they had no reservation for me even though I had already been charged through hotels.com and had to pay again….
