The hotel is very comfortable. The higher chairs in the breakfast area need to be replaced or tightened. They were really wobbly. Very comfortable. Third time I have stayed there.

Room was clean.. while we stayed the fire alarms went off at 10:30pm while we were trying to go to bed. Went to the lobby they said fire dept cleared it and it was probably a hot shower. Kids had a hard time sleeping after that.Also we stayed on a hockey weekend and could hear kids in rooms around us.

we had booked a king room with sofa sleeper and we only had a king bed. The room wasn't clean (hair in the shower) and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was extremely noisy with people running up and down the halls all night.

I love staying here the rooms are really nice & spacious could do a little better scrubbing the floor in bathroom otherwise everything was great

The rooms were spotless, well arranged, and very comfortable. The staff was very kind and professional. The breakfast was good, but not quite what I expected for staying at a Hampton Inn, more like Holiday Inn style. Again, good, but not as high quality as I had anticipated.
Thr only downside was the pool area, no deeper than 3.5 feet, the pool area looked like it needed a complete overhaul with damaged flooring that had been patched with cement, the lighting was practically nonexistent, and the towels were extremely rough, I've quite literally never had that rough of pool towels in any hotel ever.
The hot tub was very good though.

Expensive for what you get. Each day I called about the tv not working, no one ever came to the room. Nor was it fixed.

The entire hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke. The carpet was coming up in the hallways and the doors looked like they had issues with people trying to break in. The room had stains on the ceiling and half the lights didn’t work. We also had issues with the toilet not flushing and the sheets had food crumbs and stains on them.

Waited almost 20 minutes before someone came to the desk. I even walked through the office calling for someone and took almost 45 minutes to get checked in. I was late for a meeting because of the delay.There was nobody there. The TV remote did not work

It was a very clean hotel. We got the king suite and it was nice. Cool set up in the room with a large open desk that separated the bed and the couch area. The tv was on a movable mount that you could turn the tv towards the bed area or the couch area. There is a seperate area with a sink and microwave and fridge. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We were on the fourth floor and it was very quite. Bed was comfortable and room temp was good. Close to plenty of shopping and resturants. I recommend highly!

Had to stay there before my surgery at Sanford. We found long black hairs in the bed, mold in the shower and the mini fridge made a ringing noise the whole time we had to unplug it.

Liked the hotel being close to the hospital and the friendly staff.
Only dislike was there is not much for ventilation in the room and it had a funny smell.

Coffee station available 24/7. Unfortunately because we booked through Travelocity our room didn’t come with a pull out couch, so I had to share a bed with my adult daughter’s. The worst part was they couldn’t move us because they were all booked up. That and our room had a foul smell which reminded us of the smell you get from a cat litter box. I did mention it to the clerk upon check out. She apologized and explained she couldn’t help us out because the room wasn’t booked through them.

This property seems much older than it is and the bathroom could use a good scrubbing. The breakfast was fine, but only one waffle machine makes for a long wait...but, beggars can't be choosers! Very convenient to all of the things we needed to do in Fargo and easy parking.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff was very polite and we even got early check in. Hampton Inns is our choice of hotels to stay when we are traveling. Never disappointed.

Convenient for our road trip. The room was clean and had a refreshingly clean smell. Parking was very limited. The Expedia page for this hotel says pet friendly, however, the hotel has “no pets” signs in the lobby and a non-refundable $75 fee (yikes!!).

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were accommodated very quickly after our we found out another hotel had cancelled our reservation. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Large studio suite

The whole hotel was dirty including our room and bathroom, there were no towels in the pool, the pool was dirty and had dirty wet towels everywhere. There was only one staff member working and she was doing her best but one person can not run a large hotel by themselves on a Friday night. I will NEVER stay here or at this brand of hotel again.

The pool area, the hot tub water was disgusting. I had been flying home from a trip all day and night and just wanted to have a nice soak and came down to a disgusting hot tub. Our rooms shower curtain was mouldy, the pillows on a king sized bed should not be single bed pillows.

Stay away - absolutely worst experience with staff that I have ever encountered!

Check in was late (around 11:30pm) and it took 30 minutes. We were not told you had to request room service so we returned late the next night and no towels. We requested room service the next day but they forgot!
