Location and price
Had an incident with asking for a specific room cleaning procedure ( broken glass) and it was never attended to. Asked for this 3 separate times and due to it being a safely ask was very disappointed that we had no action taken.

Close to a good restaurant
Shampoo, Soap, and Conditioner bottles all left empty. Has to run out and buy some so I could have a shower. Didn’t know you had to pay extra for that stuff now.
