Couldn't ask for more - easy check in, easy breakfast, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, AC was great, great escape from the bustle of Mumbai. Amazing location as well.

We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim.
We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby.

Great breakfast in the morning; service at breakfast was wonderful. Front desk service could have been better. We didn't receive a wifi code until 30 minutes after check in as the "computer was resetting"? Also, when we asked for more hangers, they returned saying they couldn't find anymore.
