We recently booked a stay at Ozone Inn, Colaba for two of our guests, and they had a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and helpful, check-in was smooth despite a late-evening arrival, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also enjoyed and well appreciated. Great location in Colaba too - close to everything. Highly recommend this property for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Hotel cómodo, bien ubicado en Bombay, a 20-25 min andando de la Puera de la India. Personal muy amable, con ganas de ayudar en todo momento. Habitación cómoda, sin grandes lujos.

Super Lage, U-Bahn und Colaba fußläufig (5 min. bzw. 15 min.), sauber
Über Booking.com Deutschland 2 Zimmer ohne Frühstück für 3 Erwachsene und 16-jährigen Sohn bestellt. Beide Zimmer hatten den selben Preis. Allerdings gelten in diesem Hotel Kinder nur bis einschließlich 6-7 Jahren und anscheinend hatte booking.com dem Hotel nur die Infos von 3 Erwachsenen mitgeteilt. Das Hotelfrontdesk hat deshalb eine Nachzahlung von uns gefordert. War eine ziemliche zähe und unnötige Diskussion, absoluter Mismatch zwischen booking.com und dem Hotel. Die Diskussion konnte nur mit dem Argument geschlossen werden, dass das Hotel dennoch für beide Zimmer den gleichen Preis erhalten hat. Weiterer negativer Punkt, das Hotel besteht auf Vorkasse, obwohl lt. booking.com Buchung durch Kreditkarte bestätigt.
