Very good budget accommodation in a very good location.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room with a decent bathroom. Located in a very good spot on Marine Drive and just a 10 minute walk from Churchgate. A good breakfast is provided via room service as there is no onsite restaurant. There are a number of restaurants close by. The staff are very good. It's only a 20-minute walk to some of the major tourist attractions. Marine Lines and Churchgate stations on the Western Line are a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel made it clear prior to booking that building works are currently being completed so there was considerable noise associated with this during the day.

location good but only if you don't need parking.

Location was great. Breakfast was served in the room, was a little be akward as there was no real table but food was good.

There was absoultely no parking/stopping, not even 5 min for a taxi to wait. Very sad for a hotel. there is some construction going on inside the building, we did get warned about this from the hotel beforehand. It wasn't very bothersome, hardly heard anything.

Comfortable stay

It's a value for money hotel. Located in the area, where I had to attend most of the work and meetings, it was perfect option for me in the budget I had. Good comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels, clean rooms and spacious bathroom.. It was all I needed for resting after a hectic day at work. Staff was helpful and courteous.

My room was a bit towards small size, if it is to be used for double occupancy. But it was just enough for me as I was travelling solo. There's nothing that I am unhappy about.

Super location in the middle of Marine Drive. Walking distance to many attractions in Colaba, close to Churchgate station. Room was spacious and clean. Helpful staff, good breakfast.

Very warm, easy place to stay at.

The staff is very courteous. and very prompt service. excellent location!! Breakfast was good.

the bedsheets etc were not of the best quality. some were torn. some were stained.

The location is excellent, we could reach the Museum of Mumbay, the University and many locations by feet. We loved walking at Marine Drive.

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a building which needs some renovations. The breakfast was good, but served at the room.

Exceptional

Room was a large 245 sq metres. Good breakfast served in room, no restaurant. Location good however outside building works were not great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good breakfast. But fresh fruits are required. Location is good.

Overpriced

Great location, great staff, clean

I expect much more for $50 price per night. I could understand the situation for $10, regardless great location. No windows. If the air conditioner does not work after 20 minutes, that minimal space starts to smell too strong and becomes too stuffy. Mattress and pillows too.

Nice, quaint hotel. Does it's job. Will come back again, if I ever need to overstay in South Bombay

Location is awesome, right opposite Marine Drive, and 5 min walk from Churchgate station and Wankhede Stadium. Rooms are clean, though small. Limited breakfast is tasty. Staff is friendly
