Walking distance to many attractions, public transport, eateries and convenient stores.
The room is cramp. Check-in might take a while.

観光名所に近いこと。近所に食事のできるスタンド、レストランがたくさんあること。両替所が近くにあること。

The staff is quite helpful here. The location of the hotel is also top notch, as it's very close to the important areas of Mumbai. However, it gets difficult to get cabs to the doorstep during the peak hours of traffic. One will need to coordinate a LOT and also might need to walk a bit.
The size of the room is extremely small. It is just enough to contain a bed for two people with hardly some space around the bed to walk. That's it.
