My overall experience was exceptionally satisfactory. Falcon Inn - Clare road would be my "forever stay place" every time I visit Mumbai. I convey my heartfelt regards to the staff and a special mention to Rahul, Angel, Mohan and Rajesh !!

Good location and comfortable stay.... Was a good choice for size of room and price. Rahul, mohan and rajesh provided okay service. Just could have been a little less pushy with information but other than that they were algood. Thanks

The staff are absolutely wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. They were super friendly and always greeted us warmly when we were coming and going. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also perfect, it didn’t have hot water but that suited us perfectly as it was so hot outside it was nice to freshen up with some cool water. The A/C unit worked perfectly and there was a smart TV to watch Netflix on to relax at the end of the day. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Mumbai.

The location was great
The rooms were pretty decent. But no such amenities are provided. A basic soap, shampoo and brush had to be asked so many times. The housekeeping takes forever to get you things. The lift was not working. My room was in 3rd floor. So it was a constant struggle to get up and down
