Breakfast hours should be extended to 10am.

We drove to Texas from Florida to move into our new home and needed a place to stay the night before closing. We searched "pet friendly" hotels on hotels.com because our family pet, "Tuesday" the dog, was with us. Best Western was the closest hotel and very specifically highlighted the fact that it was pet friendly. When we arrived and went to check-in, they informed us that the hotel was in fact NOT pet friendly. No big deal, BUT, the hotel refused to refund us our money, roughly $130. We called hotels.com AND the hotel several times, both playing the "blame game" on each other, ultimately landing on the fact that the decision was up to the hotel and they firmly refused, even though we were never able to check-in and had only booked the hotel 10-15 mins prior to arriving (meaning that we did not prevent them from selling the room to anyone else and then cancel last min). I screenshotted the hotel description reflecting that it was pet friendly (on hotels.com) and disputed the charge with my bank. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service here. Pretty disappointing being that they were one of the newer hotels in Lytle. I would suggest renting an airbnb instead.

Good location

Flew in to buy a car from someone living in Natalia as recommended by them. Probably the nicest place to stay within 30 miles. Front desk staff was nice, room was clean, as always, good breakfast. thanks.

I reserved two rooms. One room with two queen beds had a stain and hair on the sheets. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude on check in to my team. She asked for a credit card for a $200 incidental charge. When they asked why this was such a high amount, she refused to answer them. She never told them the Wi-Fi password, or what time breakfast was served. Not a warm welcome.

It was good to go and visit family, it was not to far from where we needed to go.

It was quite, the gentleman who I came into contact with at breakfast was an older man who was super friendly. Everything was nice, room was clean, the blanket was cozy and just a nice area. They also had a lot of channels for the tv which came in handy winding down in the evenings.

Nice place. Fairly new. Friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Good fast food and grocery nearby.

Staff was very helpful! Gave us a heads up of construction on roads which is almost complete. All was good! Will book again soon

Okay hotel for the area, but overpriced. The carpet was filthy in my room. I have stayed at this location at least 8 times and every room has issues and needs refurbishment.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel. It is ALWAYS impeccably clean. I have never once had an issue. Service is stellar. Very clean rooms. Quiet atmosphere. Super friendly staff.

Overall appearance -- exterior and interior -- is spic and span, thus producing a very welcoming and safe feel.

I called ahead to let the front desk know we would be checking in late (10PM). They assured me it was okay and that my reservation was good. When we arrived, they had given our King room away. We had to wait for the front desk to fix the issue and ended up with 2 Queens.

Beautiful facilities, quiet & enjoyable. Breakfast had plenty of selections and delicious. Definitely, a place to consider for your next stay.

Manager and staff were friendly. Recommended great restaurant near the hotel. Hotel was clean and pretty quiet.

Check in was great, Front Desk ladies were friendly and attentive at both check-in and check out, room was clean and comfy, free breakfast was good too, overall, it was worth what I paid. Hopefully they'll hurry up and fix the access roads and finish the construction. Getting there can be a lil tricky with GPS due to the construction but it's not the hotel's fault.

Beautiful, clean hotel and room. I love the Christmas tree in the lobby and all the Christmas decorations. The hot Breakfast was a plus. We appreciate the manager allowing a slightly later checkout. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one.
