Need better lighting in bathroom around mirror. Rooms looked nice and clean and provided 3 mirrors but none of them had good lighting to help when applying makeup.

This hotel is close to family so we like staying here. Always quiet and clean. The staff is very helpful. I would easily recommend this Holiday Inn & Express to anyone.

Very disappointing that there is no exhaust fans in bathrooms and windows do not open. This is the stuffiest room ive ever stayed in. After one shower the room is humid and stuffy for hours afterwards.

Everything about our stay at the Holiday Inn. Express was wonderful. The facility is pristine, clean and up-to-date. The breakfast was very good and the beds were comfortable. The fact that it was so close to KUMED is an incredible plus!

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve as a cheaper alternative to the plaza. No complaints! Conveniently located off the highway to get home, but close enough to the plaza. Breakfast had plentiful options. One negative- treadmill was broken.

Snowstorm in Liberal! We arrived late but I had confirmed our reservation and assured the front desk we would be there. We had no problems checking in even though front desk had noon reservations show up! Well done.

The property was clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very courteous. It was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. I would have given this property an all-5-star rating however, the Wi-Fi was not working during my stay, though the staff said they had called for repairs. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Good location. Decent accommodations. Very NOISY. You can hear every conversation in the hallways and other guests rooms. The doors closing and opening all night long was very disturbing. There was fecal matter and clipped toe/finger nails on the floor of the room I stayed in.

Had a lot of street noise at night. Check-in on the second floor. Faucet in bathroom wasn’t working properly. Was very clean and rooms were nicely decorated.

Quick check in and check out. Staff was friendly. Clean room and bathroom but hand towel bars were rusty. We stayed here two years ago and remembered that there was a pool on the second floor but didn’t realize that they closed it down. For a hotel without a pool, the price should be lower but it’s not. Also, hot breakfast was okay but they could have offered more choices.

Air conditioner unit in room was extremely noisey and kept us awake, the shower was very small ,most sports channels on tv were not available.The ice makers were out of order and when we tried to call the front desk, we recieved no anawer.

Holiday Inn Express for the win! Our family (with 2 adults and 2 young kids) loves this hotel chain because it's so reliable and great for families. This Holiday Inn Express in particular was super clean, convenient(24 hour laundry), and had really helpful staff.
