This attic apartment is amazing and Marco and his father Virgil are so friendly and accommodating. We arrive from Rome after traveling 15 hours with very little sleep. The recommendations for a fabulous restaurant after our walk through Terni was perfect. Great location and the nicest hosts! Heading to the falls for a morning hike after breakfast. Perfect choice to stay in a friendly city.

The property is family-run and they pay attention to detail. I appreciated that Virgilio, the proprietor, was willing to work with us when some unforeseen road closures made us have to re-trace our route and put us into the hotel much later than we'd anticipated. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and overall were very comfortable. I would recommend this establishment if you are going to Terni.

This residence has all the comforts of a modern hotel, but the flavor of a historical location. The apartment I was given was very big (100 sqm+), had a full kitchen, dishwasher, living room, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom. The Bizzoni's were excellent hosts, and spent time to explain the history of the residence (it was an industrial site), showing some very old pictures. Location is walking distance from shops, 15-20 min from the train station to go to Rome (in 60 min), Assisi is 45 min driving distance. Overall, great experience, great location, great hospitality
