I don't know how you can charge somebody.Almost $200 or room.The door barely shuts the bathroom exhaust fan.Don't work the hotel's stonk of like mildew.The bathroom was disgusting AC barely worked.it was a just a joke

Perfect place to stay for Masters Golf Tournament.

What an absolute dump. No clock. Light fixture by bed did not work. Towels smelled rancid. Damaged vehicle parked by front door under awning when raining.

With my itinerary shown at desk they said they were under renovation and didn’t have rooms left. That is HORRIBLE to have good customers. I willNOT be going through hotels.com again!

There was no hot water no tv and no trash cans. The door had to be slammed to lock and the room was never cleaned and they would not switch it out

For the same price I went to a family owned place that cares about their customers. Try the West Bank Inn about 1/2 mile up the road.

It was kind of scary. The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Someone knocked on my door at 0200 even though I had my Do Not Disturb sign out. Yes, the price was good but the pictures online were not accurate of the facility.

This hotel is the worse. It is not fit to sleep in! They should be ashamed of the lack of claeniness.

Smelled bad, bedding had holes burned in it, towels were like sand paper, shower had very little pressure, ran out of breakfast early

This hotel is awful and dirty. Will never stay or recommend. The smell was awful and was safer and cleaner to sleep in my car.

Place was mediocre at best, triple charged me for the room so I had to deal with that, no ice machine, cigarette burn hole in the sheets, just an old average place. Great water pressure in the shower though.

I've traveled a lot. I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay during the Masters. What a mistake. For starters, limited internet service. The furniture looks like it was found alongside the road. The sound on the TV would never change and the TV was always ON. The outlets beside the bed had been ripped out of the walls so someone had to bring an extension cord. The cord was industrial. And the smell!!! They've tried to cover the stench with cheap room spray. If you roll the dice and stay there, good luck.

There was cockroaches in the room. I have pictures to show this. Also when I arrived, my room key did not work and they were unable to get me a room key that worked. The person working the front desk had to come with me to my room and use the master key to open the door to allow me into the room. There were random people roaming the hallways at all hours of the night so it felt very unsafe.
All of this after my original hotel was unable to honor my room reservation and Expedia selected this hotel as a replacement and provided me with a $50 credit.

The hotel was cheap, all the water worked, had soaps and things but lock on door didn't work, had to put chair in front of door, all the lights didn't work, bed was stained and full of burn holes, floor was nasty. I hate to complain at all. My husband was not happy that at all. He didn't like the area or how unsafe it could have been.

Quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Rooms are in disrepair - the sheets practically had holes in them, and the TV had vertical lines in the picture. There was no hot water on the second day so I couldn’t even take a shower. Was awakened several times in the night by commotion outside the room for which police had to be called. Avoid this place if possible.

The parking lot was filthy with The biggest potholes I ever seen in my life and a bunch of shady people asking for money and cigarettes as soon as got out the car! The guy at the front desk had the best costumer service that made me feel like this place it’s not that bad! I got my key went into the room and OMG!!The smell was horrible! This was the Nastiest hotel that I have stepped foot in! I had to smash 2 roaches as soon as walked in the door. Then I pulled the covers back and and multiple spiders ran across the bed with cigarette burns and stains on the sheets. I can go on and on about conditions of this room(101) but let’s just say that Health and human services need to take a look at this place.

Made a reservation online and got there to find out they didn’t have a room. She saw my reservation but couldn’t honor it and tried to send me to another motel 15-20min away

A double bed room and one pillow per bed. Lights didn’t work in room. Air never blowed out cold and there was one towel and one way cloth in the bathroom. Trash cans didn’t have bags in them.

Was very dissatisfied with this hotel.Asked for a smoking room.They had no ashtrays.Said they didnt have the key to the utility room.Gave me a plastic cup to use.No toilet paper.Came in to a hot room.You have to turn the air on yourself.Not worth it.

The cieling was dripping water on my bed. The door wouldnt shut all the way... I put a bag of chips down and in 2 minutes it was swarmed by roaches.... This was the worst stay ever....
