Hard to park due to small lot.

I had a two night trip however we left late on the first day so didn’t check in the first night. When I checked in the next day they said they cancelled my whole stay and there was nothing they could do to change it. The lady at the front desk said if I still wanted to stay I would have to pay for it. She kept saying it was out of her hands. I asked to speak to the manager, he immediately let me stay without having to pay for the room again. The lady was not friendly or understanding about it

Fairfield Hotel in Hutchinson has been remodeled in public areas. The rooms, however, have not been updated. The showers show mold and the beds are uncomfortable. It would be great if some attention went into the places where guests stay.

I moved to this Expedia property after the last Expedia property from earlier in the week had many many safety issues. This place is a top tier hotel, and I have no regrets for leaving the other hotel in this town and coming here. If you are in Hutchinson, Kansas, you need to stay at this hotel.

I booked a King Bed. They put me in a room with two doubles. I refused. Then they put me in a handicap room with a king bed. They said "you booked third party" as the excuse. The breakfast is highly processed garbage in plastic bags. So the lesson is hotels will treat you bad if you use a third party like Hotels.com which is sad.

Overnight stay in route to Denver room 404 all good. Return stay 203 black mold in shower, no body soap. Breakfast was horrible both stays

Daughter got married over the weekend the we got a king suite it was huge the pull out bed was a little small but my son said it was comfortable. We did get to go to the pool we were the only one there so that was nice. Every time we left and returned the staff always said welcome back can’t really complain too much as we were kinda busy with wedding stuff but next time we are in town we are staying here at Fairfield Inn.

We had a great stay, staff was nice. I thought that the breakfast was excellent by free hotel standards, lots of options and it was fresh and clean in the dining area. Only small negative would be that I think that the hot tub could have used a bit more water. It seemed like the water level was low, it made it very splashy if you had on the jets.

The room was very nice, quiet and clean. The bathroom shower could use some cleaning and updating. The caulk around the shower was discolored and looked dirty and maybe moldy. That should be fixed. Room 418

The bathrooms had missing/loose tiles. Too much chlorine in the pool. The amount of chlorine was so strong the air burnt your eyes. Swimming area was very run down and dirty. Not relaxing at all

All the employees were so friendly and we enjoyed talking to them and getting to know them. They were so helpful house keeping gave some extra towels for our showers.

Was easy access for us 30th to Lorraine. 11th street can be a pain coming from west. Parking can be tight on weekends when events are happening. AII the Staff was friendly, Had a bit of a snafu on check in, they fixed that quickly though. Would suggest adding USB charging ports to the rooms.

We stayed here a week ago. Asked for the same room tonight. We love it & the woman that checked us in was so great & uber sweet! I will miss her! Very clean hotel & super comfortable beds! Huge bathroom & room was huge for a Queen room! We WILL be back next year to bring my granddaughter to Space Camp & again when we pick her up.

We were in Room 300. There were visible brown stains on the walls of the shower. Not sure what happened in there but it was not a good thing to find after a long day out and about. There was also visible black mold around the base of the shower doors and around the water on/off control.
