I booked a double room for myself and one of the beds blanket had a BIG YELLOW SPOT on it…. GROSS. You could see every single spot they spot-painted and the walls looked super tacky because of it. Couple things on the floor that made me think they hadn’t vacuumed. The “clean” bed was really comfortable. But I won’t be staying again. Especially for $140 a night. You can easily find a nicer hotel for the same price.

We really liked this hotel. All the different Front Desk people were super friendly. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and there was no noise from surrounding rooms. We will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good with several options. The room was not as clean as I would have expected but was not dirty by any means. Mostly just stains on the carpet from pets.

Smelled a bit like they had a a sewage backup and covered it up with tons of fragrance in the air. The second day was not so bad. Overall would stay again if I have to stay in hutch

I was given keys to someone else’s room, went back to the desk and got keys to the correct room that didn’t work. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there was only 2 towels in the bathroom. I had to go back to the desk and get towels.

The front desk staff on Saturday was not helpful at all. I had a broken iron, they said they would check for another but never got back with me. I had to go up to the front desk and ask again. The night we arrived we were supposed to have a crib, they said they couldn’t find any cribs! Don’t advertise that you have them available if you don’t let your staff know where they are

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was pretty quiet, clean, and near everything we wanted to see.

The stay would have been a 100% satisfied but there was no breakfast on Saturday. We had to leave and go by breakfast. Very disappointed.

Upon arrival, we were told that we did not have a reservation. I contacted hotels.com, and spent the next 20 minutes on a chat with a customer service representative who had absolutely zero authority or ability to do anything other than to tell me 'they are sorry for the inconvenience' but there was nothing he could do other than refund my prepaid room in the next two weeks. Luckily, the staff at the hotel was fantastic, and patiently worked with the CSR from hotels.com, who never provided any guidance or support. The hotel staff was able to assist us, and get our stay arranged. It is rare to find staff this helpful, this persistent, and this accommodating when they could have simply turned us away like the CSR from hotels.com had done.

The lobby smelles like cigarettes and cheap perfume. The carpet throughout the hotel was stained and in disrepair. At one point the front desk person was sitting on a couch in the lobby cuddling with guy. The entire place needs updating.

They didn't have any bedding for the pull out sofa even though we had told them the number of people staying in the room. I found out after we got home that there was booze drinking in glass bottles in the pool. We had difficulty in checking in because there was a computer issue when using expedia.

Clean rooms always had clean towels for the pool and came and in cleaned our room whike we were gone and asked if we needed anything and folded our blankets for us

The staff and property were excellent, only issue we had was the pool area was so small, we had to take turns with other guests because it want big enough to accommodate the guest ratio

The check in experience was friendly, fast, and efficient. The hotel itself was well located for my needs. The room was clean and fresh. The Holiday Inn Express hotel was well taken care of and it is clear that the staff do care and do a good job.
The only downside was that on Sunday morning the 18/Jun a fire alarm triggered at 1:30am and went on for quite a while. That lack of sleep made a long drive home to Colorado a bit sleepy. I will be reaching out to the hotel to see if there could be some compensation available.

Breakfast was out of everything at 8:45. No OJ sausage looked like it was made at 4:00 and dried out from being in the warm all morning or all night.
