This hotel is PERFECT for anyone going to events in Olympic Park, but especially great for a family or friends group. The two seperate bedrooms and living area give added comfort and privacy. Staff were helpful and excellent service!!!

Great stay. Easy check in and out. Bed was a bit hard but it was great to have a microwave and fridge. Easy access to the stadium.

I’m sorry to say but the rooms we were allocated were just not ok. I did not complain as we here there for 1 night to see a band. The rooms absolutely smelt like sewer. The bathrooms were the source. We knew hotel was fully booked so wouldn’t be able to be moved so went straight to Woolworths to get air fresheners. It made it bearable until we went to concert then soon as we are back and first thing in morning smell was still there like you were at a treatment plant. All windows were locked, unable to open- understand for safety reasons but no way to dilute to air. I don’t usually complain but the hotel needs to address this issue. Paid over $500 to stay in a pretty ordinary setting.

Attended a concert at Accor Stadium, perfect location to be able to walk back to the Quest late at night. Excellent customer service from the Reception staff, will do whatever they can to assist if a dilemma arises, thank you

I liked especially the convenience to the stadium venue. Also the small store two doors down is so handy for supplies. The staff were faultless and room was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Improve the tv’s to allow basic sports and streaming. Didn’t get a mid stay clean or towel change. Weren’t notified of no parking option until 1 day prior to our departure. Given it was grand final weekend, with a major event on the Saturday seems like something that should’ve been notified at booking. Curtains don’t link up allowing a lot of light through. Reception team were exceptional and so very helpful.

I feel like I won the lottery staying here and attending the Semi- and Final of the Women's World Cup 2023. It was so easy to walk to the games, enjoy the pre-game events and then walk back and go to sleep before the crowds had even gotten their transport home. IT WAS SO FUN!

Great amenities for heating up leftovers etc. room is clean and the king bed is super comfy. Room is great for staying at Sop for a day or two for events.

Perfect for an event at Accor though the sofa bed for the 3rd person is not an option in the future. Folded out the springs dug in that hard could not sleep on it. 11yr old, in incredibly light and still not suitable. Slept on lounge which was well below acceptable as it was not comfortable at all. That’s my only gripe with the hotel.

Stayed for four nights and for the price i was underwhelmed. The service on the first night when i clearly asked for two single beds was disappointing. The lady at the desk rolled her eyes and didn't want to change my room over insisting we wait till morning, morning came and i had to request to have the beds separated once again. The location to the train station and Giants Stadium was outstanding. A few restaurants around, but majority of them close rather early. Overall the location and the hotel was nice, just wouldn't stay again for the price.

I had to sleep on the lounge because the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, causing a slip hazzard on the slippery tile. Walked past a large pile of used towels and rubbish bags on the way out to the elevator. Overpriced.

It was good accomadation my only problem was the coffee cups had not been cleaned properly they had marks in the mugs so that is something I think needs to be checked by cleaners for future. Also there was a loud humming noise coming from stove exhaust fan that could not be switched off.

The staff were so nice and the location is perfect for concerts at Qudos or footy at Accor. The parking was plentiful in the underground carpark and there is a convenience store a 2 min walk away. Great location, clean and comfortable room, lovely staff. Thanks for having us.
