At this time, my deposit has not been returned.

For each check-inn they will require a new deposit even if you are still staying at the Hotel. That policy sucks because you might have 2-3 deposits unhold with this place and still they will require you to put a new deposit if you check out and check in again because their rates at the front office are crazy, 2-3 times more than Expedia booking. And they won’t even listen to your complaint. Always trynna interrupted you by saying there’s no way to help you.

I did not stay at this location due to uncleanness and bad customer service. They still charged me $85 for not staying in their place. Very disappointing.

The only thing good about the hotel is the location. Pictures are decieving. Place is a dump.

Arrived there and there was caution tape everywhere filthy! Contacted Expedia to cancel the reservation an said I could not get my money back!! I reported this place to the building inspector I the city of Hollywood this morning! I was tossed out of one of there properties yesterday for making this company aware of the the hazardous conditions at these properties!

Listen plain and simple great location, good amenities and great for the price. This is not luxury it’s a beach getaway make it work for you.

I was charged extra upon checking in plus more for parking. Make everything known upfront from orbitz. Seems shady.

I love the company, the staff, and the other people I meet during my stays.

The room WAS NOT what was pictured on website when booking. Had 1 office checking in/out all 24 properties which made check in take a VERY LONG time. After check in, had to request a "kitchen box" to have a make shift kitchen utensils BUT only had dishes for 2 in each and I had 3 people so I had to request and wait for a 2nd box to be delivered. Big burner on the stove did not work. Had to cook 1 pancake at a time since the frying pan was so small, which was very time consuming and inconvenient. Didn't have a big enough pot to boil a box of noodles. One box had serving spoon, spatula, and a can opener and the other box had a can opener & wine cork screw. Glasses were either a wine glasses or whiskey glasses, no juice. No pot holders or baking dishes were provided. Was told all reservations are non-refundable so when the false advertisement happened either you stay in what they give you or they keep your money and you go elsewhere. The room had cockroaches so slept with the lights on!!!!! Only 1 window air conditioning unit so when using the restroom, it was very uncomfortable. Cable kept going out even though no bad weather. All 24 properties shared 4 small pools.........which there were parties ALL NIGHT LONG and people who woke up really early and reserved all the outdoor area all day. No tables in room to sit and eat at, only had 1 small end table coming into room and beside table between beds. Door hinge loose so room not completely secure.

Cleanness on the room was ok, mold on the kitchen wall, garbage surround the pool area, beer can, cigars, drink bottles etc., They charge you $18.00 for parking space but there is no parking space, you have to park on the street and pay $4.00 per hour extra, some staff charge $25.00 CASH to park in the 15 parking space available to visitor at the beach taking guest parking.

Great customer service!

The checkin process: the manager was scolding an employee in front of customers. Her computer was blocking her face and you could not hear what she was saying. Had her repeat herself. She was saying: “I’m a manager here and you are not doing a good job!” Total disregard for people listening! We paid a cleaning fee. You have to book cleaning service ahead. We had to ask for clean towels every day. Sometimes they never brought stuff you asked for. Spanish speaking only staff. If you called the front desk, they said they were busy and asked me to come to the office. Just not sure why the fee ? No control over other customers smoking pot in the evening and smell was horrible! Check out was easy. Pool was dirty. Does not seem to have a filter on all the time. The next unit over had a sewage problem. Instead of containing it, they washed it over to go on the street. Terrible way of dealing with it. It stunk. Breakfast attendant was rude. Questioned and yelled at children every day. Some days she put the eggs out, some days not. You pay for what you get. Sadly, they don’t have to be so rude. Spanish speaking staff very friendly and kind.

Parking fees were $30 for one night. No wonder the hotel prices are $60 per night rip off.

Wilson is the only person in this location with manners, patience and a heart. I understand that running a business is difficult, but it is times like this when you have to put policy aside and do a human justice favor once in a while. I stayed one night with the option to extend my visit, but I did not because of the treatment I received. Had the right thing been done within the first 30 minutes of my arrival, they would have gotten 2 weeks from us, but they only got one, along with a bad review. 2:30 in the morning. Security game banging on our door. Again miscommunication on the behalf of the staff. we had to be up at 5. so imagine my displeasure... There is a kitchenette in the room but nothing else. if we had to check out pots and pans with a deposit, then this place really is attracting the wrong people. you guys really need to do better! The only good thing about this place was the fact that everyone is required to wear a uniform. They at least looked professional.

I loved the fact that you could open my door and there was the ocean. The beds were cozy and the pillows were great, the bathroom was a bit small but manageable, rooms smelled great and clean. Will stay again.

Area around pool dirty on weekends there’s nobody to clean the pool

Great location. Very spacious rooms and overall a nice experience except when you get to the bed! it is not even worth calling it a mattress.. it is just garbage of a bed...

Loved the cozy, clean rooms and the fact that it was right on the beach and steps away from dining and live music. Hotel had everything--pool, exercise room, the rooms had kitchenettes with all appliances. The only downside was that checkin took too long

Friendly staff perfect location!

The Blue Wave should be torn down, however HBH has 27 other buildings in the area and a wonderful lady named Maria gave us a room at The Oceanside just up the street that was wonderful. She saved our vacation.

It was a very nice place near the beach and my family and I enjoyed a lot.

The location is very good, close to the beach, but the service is horrible, expensive parking, the service is horrible, people do it with grudgingly, breakfast has no place for you to have your coffee and there are no options.

The customer service is very bad, the reception is not professional and has an attitude with the client

Not great but I would stay there again if need be. Only ten rooms which was nice because it made you familiar with the neighbors, except the one night when the people in the room next to us were carrying on outside on the patio late into the night, ignoring our polite requests to keep it down and we had to call the office twice to have security come in order to get to sleep. Beds were comfortable, tv had a lot of options and it was nice to have a pool literally seven steps outside the door. Shower wasn’t much more than a trickle and there was bird poop on the patio the whole week but generally they strived to keep it clean. I never worried about getting broken into and in fact we had to go to the office six times because our key card kept failing. Even we couldn’t get in the room, let alone an intruder.

The staff was not pleasant at all! The system shutdown and check in took over three hours. No one was apologetic about what was going on. We just had to stand in line. The entire process was insane. Due to the system being down, the only way to check in was to leave an ID or credit card.

Great place. Was clean, had great AC and a nice bed.
