It was nice , however pillows where all hard :(

Hotel is very run down. Elevators were so loud (grinding and screeching).
Rooms were not so clean, found dried vomited between one of the beds and a night stand.
Furniture was all scratched and marked.
Carpet was ripped. Fire sector was hanging from the ceiling.
On a positive note: Staff were friendly and prompt. Breakfast bar was well stocked.

We were there for business training and stay there cause the training was done in that hotel. Very noisy. Children running down the hall at 2:00am and staff not stoping it. Not happy with the noise after 11:00pm. Kept us awake. Many were very disappointed with the hotel.

Small king size room near the elevator. Parking was not that great. Staff was helpful. Just used the room for the night and they were nice to let us stay til 100pm due to personal reasons.

The area was accessible to the activity we were attending. The coffee shop was super close. I saw the staff cleaning the common areas a lot (elevators and pool room). The room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly with the vacuum. There weren’t enough towels for the amount of people staying and no extra blankets or pillows were stored in the room. Everything was run down. The lock mechanism on the door barely worked and was loose so we had to slam the door to close it and lock. The fan or air duct in the bathroom was malfunctioning so it smelled strong for a long time after someone went to the bathroom. The curtains didn’t close properly. They ran out of quite a few items in the kitchen and didn’t replenish it (orange juice, potatoes…). The pool was super clean but the chlorine was so strong we couldn’t breath nor could we stay in the water fo more than 20-30min. Overall it satisfied our needs for the one night but I probably would stay at the other hotels next time. Especially if I was there for multiple nights.

Thought we would leave before breakfast was open. Tried to just get a coffee, the attendant rushed things out for us, we had a full breakfast well before opening time. Great job!

Overall this is the best hotel in Timmins. Jetted tub area should have a hand rail to get in and out and the layout of the room should be reverse with the bed on the opposite wall by having the tv facing the jetted tub.

Everything was good, only thing is the description of the fitness room says it has dumbbells/free weights, but only has 3lb and 5lb dumbbells

There was a man who approached our window first asking for directions then asked for money. Another man starting walking towards my car until i looked up at him and he starting walking away. I wouldn't recommend if your traveling with children as its not safe.
