Pros +. Super close to the Hakone train station, natural onsen, extremely friendly service, multiple restaurant options, large rooms
Consideration: property is very dated and in need of a reno. Not run down but dated decor

Very quiet place
We only stayed 1 night. So we didn’t use amenities. Very clean and huge rooms. Breakfast was great
