We had a good stay, we close the delude room and was very happy with it! The room was large, had a cool mini bar area, and an island in the middle of the room. The TV also swiveled on the wall which was neat. We love their breakfast too!

Room electric curtains did not work. No garbage container in bathroom. No cups in bathroom. Desk clerk unhelpful no a good attitude. Leaves us leary about Hampton Inns.

I was very happy with the room and services. My only complaint is I booked there because was told it was a heated pool. It was not. But we did have the hot tub as a back up.

Clean experience, continental breakfast was amazing! Rooms have microwave and fridge. Full size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided in shower! Major plus when you are forgetful and have the basic necessities. Thank you for being so thoughtful Hampton Inn suites!

Very nice well run hotel property with comfortable rooms and "showers", not bathtub/shower combos. Only complaint we had was with the HVAC room unit which was very noisy and the fan speed was quite uncomfortable for my wife. Can't understand why hotels, especially the newer ones cannot install better units.

The location is very convenient & easy to find. Stayed 3 nights & beds were comfortable & room was clean. We had the 2 queen suite & had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The bathroom was disappointing as it had showed a walk in shower online when I booked it. Asked if that was option at hotel (after seeing ours was small tub w/curtain) & was told that is only in the handicap accessible rooms so it’s misleading. Our toilet kept clogging throughout the stay & had to request plunger. We stayed for 3 nights but they do not offer room cleaning unless you stay longer. When checking in the person was pleasant & professional. Unfortunately on the way out the person at the desk was not friendly & tbh she acted like we were a bother.

The only thing that I can say was annoying is that when the air comes on, it sounds like a freight train flying through your room. The AC unit would not click on regularly and when it did, the vent had the air blowing straight to the bed making it hard to get comfortable.

Unfortunately we booked through Expedia and they didn't honor our request for a King bed and gave us 2 Queens instead. They changed us to a King Bed the second night but we found out one of us was bitten by bed bugs on the second night. Anybody can actually enter the pool area and we saw people who were not guests just walking in.
