I had a wonderful stay at EXE Campus in Barcelona. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A lovely touch was being given a complimentary water bottle at check-in, which was much appreciated after travelling.
All of the staff spoke English, making communication easy and comfortable. Throughout my stay, everyone I encountered greeted me with a smile and genuinely seemed to care about the guest experience. On several occasions, staff members asked if I was enjoying my stay, and their interest felt sincere rather than routine.
The warm, professional service really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Rooms were cleaned well everyday unless otherwise stipulated.
Staff was helpful; front desk could use a bit more customer service training always helpful but with some unnecessary attitude.
Transit connection was great and some university amenities were available to guests like laundry facilities.
Might be nice to have a “golf cart” type is access on days when guests are leaving with luggage that use the transit system. It’s a 10-15 min walk…
I was very happy overall and will stay there again…..

Everything about the hotel was really good, its just further to the city center than i had expected. It takes you about 40 mins to get to Barcelona city center like Eixample etc.

It’s 10 minutes walking to the train and then 45 minutes train to the city center
