Excellent stay. I wish the front desk would give a list to the housekeep what rooms are actually checked out. The housekeeper was knocking to clean the room at 9am.

It’s a fine place to stay. Our room was either very cold or very warm. Difficult to regulate. The fitted sheet was ripped and the mattress pad was an older type that does not attach to the mattress so it clumped up as we slept. The bathroom was ok, the shower doors were not at all clean and there was hair and dining the corners. I feel like it was just overlooked or someone was having a bad day when they cleaned it.

One night stay was all around comfortable. Room was clean, bed was nice. Morning breakfast had plenty of choices and egg quiche was very good. Check in was non eventful with staff being very friendly. I will definitely be staying again next time through.

The room was dusty and dirty. My wife put on white slipper socks and after walking around the room they became black on the bottom. The rug needs some serious cleaning. I was not happy with the coffee maker, dusty, which my wife cleaned. The toilet needs to be updated. No trash bags for trash cans.

Very clean room and to me, one way to tell if a hotel is quality or not is the eggs in the morning. If they are powdered eggs, I rarely stay there again. This place has real eggs, good sausage, waffle station and oatmeal. The rooms were exactly what you would expect, comfortable bed, clean and safe. Couldn’t ask for more. The breakfast says they aren’t lazy. Enjoy! =)

Nice place, the elevator floors weren’t cleaned all 3 days. Room was comfortable, but bathroom could have been cleaner. The back yard was good, but definitely needed to be cleaner. Staff was very friendly and welcoming!

I drove my husband and his coworker to town for a business meeting we booked this hotel, because the company was also using this hotel for employees. The room was comfortable. One of the lights in the bathroom did not work, and they could not change the burn light because they did not have a replacement the sofa in our king room, had lots of stains, so I would not have sat on it. It should be cleaned needs attention other than that the state was nice.

Breakfast is mediocre. No water bottle in the room. We had to go downstairs and purchase a bottle of water at 11:20pm after driving all night. Leaky shower was dripping all night. Front desk personnel were great.

The staff was friendly. However, we had multiple issues. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. When asked if we wanted our room cleaned we said yes. However, it was not cleaned the first day. We went down to get clean towels and asked why it wasn't cleaned. The reply was we had too many checkouts. The second day the room was cleaned but the bathroom floor was still dirty. At breakfast there was no syrup for the waffles and no cream cheese for bagels two days in a row. Just an overall disappointing trip.

I enjoyed my stay; I was in room 422 and the only issue I had was the TV signal was in and out every day. some channels seem to be better than others. Overall, I rate the hotel 9 out of 10. I would book here again.

Management at this hotel super glued the fan control button so it was stuck on Auto. You had to turn the temperature way down so the fan would run and then it would be too cold. If you set the thermostat at a reasonable temperature then it gets real stuffy and the noise of the A/C turning on and off keeps you awake. I had a poor nights sleep for this reason. Otherwise things were good. I will not return to this hotel again because of the glued fan control.

Front desk staff was over the top accommodating. We arrived at 11:00 am with a 3:00 check in. Booked two rooms. We needed to freshen up for a 2:00 funeral. We were going to use the lobby restroom but the sweet lady who assisted us upgreaded us to a larger room to use. Wow!

Amazing stay! Great & professional staff. The lady working the breakfast was amazing also! She was so sweet to my daughter. Felt like family! Went to Americas Best Value inn on the other side of town. Crack motel that should be shut down! Had to leave because it was unsafe! Went to Fairfield & was worth every penny more than the other one! Stay at Fairfield if you are in Meridian, Ms!!
