Everything was great, staff was super kind and helpful. We were there for a softball tournament and there were tons of other families staying also. Breakfast did not open until 7am but we were able to grab breakfast and head to our early morning game!

Staff was incredibly friendly and warm, very quick check in. Everything in the room was in order, neat and clean. The shower was very hot and had high water pressure. Although no hot tub the pool is heated. The breakfast buffet included a gluten free muffin (sealed) which was a pleasant surprise since my family members are celiac. There was a bridge so we could walk over to a shopping center that had multiple vendors. Every time we come to the Dallas area this will be our hotel.

Very clean and spacious hotel. Breakfast is included and very good with plenty of food options including make your own waffles!! Rooms are large and plenty of store, restaurants and shopping options nearby!

Wonderful hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good, coffee for guests all day, clean, spacious rooms so you don’t feel cramped. Nothing broken or out of place. Very clean. Friendly staff. Solid choice. We ended up extending and staying an extra night!

The location is close to more than 30 places to eat and close to large scale shopping in case you forget something. The rooms were large, up to date and clean with extremely helpful staff. The pool was inside and clean along with the gym. The restaurant and bar had a large selection and were nice as well.

Everything was fairly good with 1 exception. The sofa bed had dirty bedding on it . But the staff quickly solved that problem... The walls are thin so i couldn't play my relaxing music. Beds were comfortable and clean

The hotel was great for a softball tournament. Nice big rooms. Plenty of common area for the players to hang out. The on-site snacks and bar were very convenient. The one improvement the hotel could make would be having breakfast (or at least coffee) available a little earlier. The hours were posted, so we weren’t surprised, but a bite to eat or a cup of coffee on the way to an early game would have been wonderful.

Very nice hotel. Nice service. SUPER clean room. I ran my finger along the TV and there wasn’t any dust at all there. Nice little office area, couch area, and spacious bathroom. Nice lighting in the bathroom too. Nice lobby area for breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay!

We went for a cheer competition weekend. 2 moms and 2 daughters - very nice and comfortable with an indoor pool which was their favorite part. Im sure we will be back next year for this competition again and we would love to stay here again. Love separated toilet and shower areas and super comfy beds, pillows and sofa couch

Room was clean. Room arranged for privacy. I hate carpet because I have allergies, but that's not a point against the room. It had a carpet smell I didn't like. For instance, I think someone had just vacuumed. I don't like that smell. Otherwise, great room. It's located across from Walmart and Sam's. You can't go wrong with this place.

The web photos show a hot tub, which was removed months ago, I was told. The king bedrooms were shown with a bathtub, when only the queen bedrooms have a tub. The king rooms only have a shower.

The room was fine. The hallway carpeting needs replaced as it’s stained pretty badly, on the 3rd floor. We didn’t care for the eggs & sausage which I’m assuming the eggs were cartoned product. However there were several other breakfast items to choose from so it was fine. Decent area, went out of our way to book at this location
