They do not have body lotion in the room.
I was standing in front of the reception staff waiting to be served for checking in. He was'nt busy. He just looked at me without saying a word. I approached him first instead of him approaching me as a guest. Being a guest relations job must be courteous to anyone.
It is just my experience at that moment. I presumed he's not like that all the time.

Lovely comfortable hotel with great breakfast. A bus ride from centre of Trondheim. Also direct bus to the folk museum. Really super helpful staff. Thank you. Good for children. Next to football stadium.
