Clean- bedrooms downstairs- kitchen and living space up- back yard quite tired looking- deck a little decrepid- nice ocean view- needs a little TLC

The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check-in was quick and easy with most of it being done online before we arrived. The description of the villa didn't say that it had air-conditioning however it did in both bedrooms and in the living areas.

Great location, good size townhouse for family stays.
Parking options are good and reasonably close to room.
Check in not the best experience - no one available upon check in time - office closed, keys not left out so no access to room - called the manager a bunch of times with no answer. Received a message back about an hour later, stating that a groundsmen would get the keys and leave them out…. Unprofessional management, but a great stay none the less
