Everything was in good order, there was a small issue at check in, when wife and I asked for a room change, clerks reaction was “you should have selected your room right” in my years traveling for work or please, this the first time something like this happens.

The lobby is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and flexible. It’s located in the historic downtown so very walkable in a sense that you can immerse yourself in its surroundings.
The room was a bit small, but it was also cheaper than the American chain hotels. So that was ok.
Parking was convenient because there was a valet. And they tell you to give them 15 minutes to bring the car back to the hotel. So plan for that when you leave the hotel.
There was no breakfast, or dining options inside the hotel.
All in all, good location for tourists, but for business travelers, a bit far from everything.
