Que me retuvieron la INE, es ilegal me gustaría que tuvieran otro proceso, no estoy segura de si le van a dar mal uso. Y tener que dejar la llave del hotel no me da confianza qué tal que suben y nos roban algo.

The location of the hotel is great. Very close to the city centre
Our ground-floor room was located right next to the reception and central hall, making it extremely noisy all night. There was no quiet time enforced, even well past midnight, with people talking and laughing loudly. To make matters worse, the window faced the parking lot, which added even more noise.
