Simple checkin and checkout. Room was clean and simply done. Older motel style but perfect for quick overnight stay. Location is not far from attractions for families looking to go to water parks or other activities.

Everything was very nice for me, however the heat was not perfect for my Husband. The room would get warm when the heater kicked in, but he was quite cold until the heat kicked in again. He had it set at 75. I was very comfortable.

We found a great rate for a quick get away and tried this quaint hotel option. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the roos are. It is easy to tell that the property is well cared for. The rooms aren't fancy, but were clean and comfortable. We found the mattresses to be extra soft and doubled up on pillows. We appreciated that the bathroom had a heatlamp and a fan - and a nightlight! The location was a little further from the cute "main street" shopping area than we estimated, but still convenient to all of the attractions. I would definitely stay at Amber Inn again.

My daughter had a gymnastics competition @ the Kalahari resort & I chose to book a room @ Ambers Inn & Suites cause it was way more affordable & it looked so cute in pics online. My 2 daughter, their friend & I all stayed 3 nites & we absolutely loved it. Tons of space in the room & it met all our needs. The only issue we ran into was the tv wouldnt work but luckily my daughter brought her Nintendo switch so we hooked that up. The lady who checked us in when we arrived was super sweet & the girl who checked us out the day we left was also really nice. We will definitely stay there again in the future if we get another chance to go to the Dells! 😊

I’ll admit, this was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever rented. The beds were very comfortable. It is a simple but well kept hotel. We had a small fridge in the room too. Very happy with the stay indeed.

One of the few hotels that are nicer than their photos! Friendly staff, clean room, quiet location (even though it was in town). Hot tub was crystal clear. An older motel, but that added to the charm.

Our room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Good wifi and TV. We got a welcome book from the motel and used a coupon for dinner that saved us $15. Very helpful staff.

Older property but looks well-maintained outside. In our room, 115, the bed had large, horizontal valley down the middle! The TV was quite cheap with no way to adjust the tints- hard to view. Other than those things, the room was clean and the staff were pleasant.

A lovely place, very generous size room, super friendly and helpful staff, good amenities, we were just using the motels as a base so didn't use many of the facilities but the pool, the games and children's area all looked clean and well kept. Would happily stay again.

The vehicles in the area(Kwik Trip) were very loud at night. We only stayed 2 nites so we didn't say anything about the leaky toilet until we left but staff noted it right away and apologized. The pool was very nice, our room was spacious(1 king size bed). Close enough to walk to eat and shop Wisconsin Dells main area but yet a few blocks away from main population so not as busy which was very nice. This was our first time and we would give it another try.

The staff was very helpful in giving us tips on where to eat and so forth. The room was very spacious for a budget hotel. It was clean and quiet. We did not use the pool, but it is a large outdoor pool. They also have an area with grills and a fire pit. Overall it was a very nice hotel. We liked that it sits at one end of the main road through town - it is far enough away from the big tourist traps to be quiet, but close enough to get wherever you want to go quickly.

I recently spent an overnight at Amber's Inn and Suites. I was surprised at the spaciousness of the double bedroom. The room was very clean! The customer service was exceptional up until the following day, when I realized I had forgotten a treasured wristwatch in my room. Fortunately for me, Jamie and the staff contacted me the following morning letting me know they had located the watch and would hold it for me to pick up. That is when I knew that the customer service level had been above and beyond! Thank you Jamie and the staff at Amber's! I will definitely stay with you again.
