Good location near the tower and for walking tours of Pisa.

Quiet central B and B central to everything bus train to travel to florence beach marina.close to shops bars and tower.

Proximity to the Tower and modest price were my selection criteria. The apartment was spacious enough for me and my teen son for a night. If we were staying longer, the kitchen would have been a benefit certainly.
The fly smashed on the wall above the bed was a bummer. Housekeeping missed that.
Like many older buildings, there are improvements that can be made to the fixtures and whatnot, but I saw this as a work in progress.
The Major issue I had was an after the fact discovery of the stained mattress and pillows upon stripping the bed linens. (A courtesy in which I always engage)
Those items must be replaced immediately. A modest price does not excuse basic cleanliness.
